  If I can give this place more stars I would! From checking in last minute for buisness to over all experience is amazing. The staff Arnold and Michelle made my stay remarkably simple and home welcoming their accommodated the appropriate room for my stay along with my colleagues and make sure that nothing was missing to make our comfort top-tier. They assured me that pricing would be the best around town and it was the breakfast in the morning was amazing and accommodations that they have in the evening in the beginning of the week are great and the rooms I would say I’ve traveled many times and I cannot emphasize enough on how I am big on sanitation I have never experienced a hotel with organization and cleanliness. Their staff here truly makes this place top-tier whether I’m traveling to Vegas or at a resort I always look for comfort and something that makes me feel like I’m at home with this place made me feel like I’m royalty. I appreciate this place and her staff and I will highly recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling through or staying for a graduation parties or for work.

  This place is horrible they have rats roaches. it might look nice but it is really bad they give the same food. seems like everyday the juice machine is never working properly. the food is really bad overall do not recommend at all.

  Alonzo at the front desk was the friendliest person during our whole trip! Whether entering or exiting the hotel, he was always smiling, friendly and greeting us consistently. The entire staff could learn a thing or two from him. I say that because all the other staff were unfriendly, did not greet and weren't very helpful. For example, my daughter and I went to the pool and noticed there were no towels. I called the front desk and asked if they could bring us towels because there weren't any. I said no rush because we were gonna be here for a while, but I was still expecting to have them at a decent time. Two hours later and there were no towels. I peaked over at the front desk before we got on the elevator and noticed a lady that was in a sling and looked like the person I spoke to on the phone. I approached the desk to inform her that for future customers that are trying to go to the pool there are still no towels out there and I called two hours ago for towels. As far as the cleanliness of the room, I gave it an 8 out of 10. My concerns was the curly hair that was in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. My daughter and I have locs so it wasn't ours. I'd also recommend purchasing new make up towels and washing them separately from the rest of the wash washcloths and towels. I can tell that the black makeup towel has been washed with the white towels because there was white material all on the of the makeup towel which I then refuse to use. The free breakfast was good so I wouldn't complain about that. But those that only use sugar-free items I would recommend bringing your own because that was not an option.

  Rooms were fine but services were not great. The breakfast was really bad - one lady trying to do it all and clearly overwhelmed. Things were dirty and she couldn’t get it out in time. Also, at nearly every one of these across the country the laundry is free, expect here. Crazy.
