  First off I would have not booked this hotel if we weren't required to due to our Soccer Tournament's hotel bookings. This hotel is not worth the money. Definitely should be less than $100 a night. I am not saying it was terrible, just not worth the money. Our room had a bag over the smoke alarm when we arrived.... I am assuming it wasn't supposed to be there... Bathroom door did not have a lock and we had 4 people in the room, makes it a little awkward sometimes. Most of the lights in our room didn't work or we couldn't figure out how to work them even though we tried every switch in the room. With that being said, the hotel was not terrible, but if you are going to spend over $100 on a room I would recommend going somewhere else.

  I love the rooms, they fit my large family Ive returned here because of the service and the rooms. The breakfast is fantastic (one of the main reasons i came back) Im a bit upset this time because they dont open the breakfast until 7:30, and and the free eavening drink for some reason is only monday-wednesday.

  Don't stay here. We extended our stay and received a receipt from the desk for the extension, only for them to tell us to leave the day before our checkout. We talked to the manager Arnold and he said he wouldn't honor our checkout date, even when we showed him our receipt that we received when we asked to extend our stay. We have paid them in full and they refuse to fix the situation. During our stay the first room they gave us, the air conditioner broke and they had to move us to a different room. The first room had throw up splatter all over the bathroom wall and the base of the door. The second room had a roach crawling on the kitchen counter. We have receipts, pictures, and videos of the problems we have had. Save yourself the trouble. UPDATE : the account was paid. I have my bank statements to prove that it was and receipts from your desk for the departure date. I also have video as well. I added the picture for reference of proof of payment and departure date.

  This hotel offers great service from the staff and management. They helped us with a discount when we explained our situation for staying there for 6 nights. The beds are comfortable the rooms are clean and its quiet. I'll always stay at this hotel in Denton.
