  Great service everyone that worked there treated me very well and made me feel very welcomed Julia greeted me at the front door with a big smile and professionalism offered great service and informative, breakfast was great even talked to Mike he was in charge of making the morning coffee that kept me going all day!! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the Dallas Fort Worth area!!

  I've stayed at this HIE before and always had a good experience. The hot breakfast is great for gluten free eating and there are always a nice amount of options. On this particular trip in June 2026, the person checking me in after a long day of travel I was greeted by someone who seemed to genuinely love her job and care about the people coming through the doors. Julia made appropriate conversation while efficiently checking me in. She invited me to partake of the coffee and tea station. When I inquired if there was hot chocolate, she assured me there was. I went over to enjoy some and found there to be none. When I mentioned it to Julia she could not have been quicker to respond saying she would refill it immediately. Again, she said it was her pleasure and it truly felt like she meant it - not just something she had to say. When we got to our room - that met my expectation of the quality I've experienced with HIE, she sent a text message checking in to see if everything was good with our check-in. Great job, Julia, make your clients feel valued.

  It was nice to be greeted by the manager at this location as we entered. He and the woman behind the counter at check in was welcoming and kind. Great clean rooms

  This place is truly one of a kind. The staff are some of the friendliest, most professional, and most attentive people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The manager — I believe his name is Mr. Tim — is an absolute master at what he does. He greets guests daily, works side-by-side with his staff, and leads by example at all hours of the day. You can tell he has built a strong team culture and genuinely cares about both the guests and employees. If I could take this hotel with me everywhere I travel, I would. I will absolutely go out of my way to stay here again anytime I’m in or near Denton, Texas.

  Jean made the stay worthwhile. However, the Rooms are okay. I'm thinking housekeeping was in a rush preparing the rooms. The towels were not folded all the way. Everyone smiled and greeted me and my family. That was nice. Location is great for a UNT stay. Property is well maintained .
