  Find with a company that travels around the United States building and merchandising stores, so I’m in and out of hotels all the time and I must say by far this is probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are always clean, the maids clean very well. The location is awesome because everything is nearby, and the service… Is absolutely out of this world! To name two of the front desk, clerks, Courtney and Rose are amazing! They are always willing to help no matter what, their personalities are awesome. I highly recommend this hotel, five star all the way across. Hands-down

  Very enjoyable stay. The room looked newly upgraded and clean. Our room had an order, most likely from the carpet, but it was immediately fixed once we notified staff. All the staff that we spoke to was very nice and personable. The breakfast had a nice variety with a good coffee machine. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Denton.

  The gym is just dumbbells. There was no hot water. The breakfast is not edible. The whole facility feels really cheap.

  My stay was disappointing to say the least. I understand humidity and moisture in Texas, but the bed sheets and my clothes being soaked like they just came out of the washer was awful! When I brought that to what I assume is the owner’s attention, they said all they could do is move me to a new room. I went in both the rooms and felt the sheets and counter tops and they were no different. When I last talked to the front desk, she said they would not refund my stay since its “an act of God” and then went on to imply that I was lying saying, “I have had only one other person complain about the moisture so to say that all three rooms you tried did, I don’t know.” And that was unbelievable to hear especially seeing other reviews on here saying the same complaint. Plus I saw a hidden dehumidifier in one of the other rooms they had me try so they are definitely aware of the problem but acted like they had no clue. So to not have an uncomfortable night in wet sheets, I had to lose out on money and leave. Ridiculous for how expensive my stay was for such terrible service!

  Room was wonderful, everything was clean. Amenities were wonderful, front desk workers are wonderful! Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much 🥺❤ Our daughter had a lil bit of an adventure and the front desk did not hesitate to help us, I can't thank you enough. Seriously. My nerves were everywhere and I never would have thought she could open that big door. 😳 ❤ I guess you learn a LOT with your first kid 😅 again, thank you. ❤
