  I was disappointed with the laundry facilities at this hotel. The washing machines accept coins only, and there was no clear notice about this in advance. I was ready to pay by card or any other electronic payment method, but there was no alternative available. The biggest issue is that the hotel doesn’t have an ATM, and there isn’t one within walking distance. Guests without cash are forced to travel elsewhere just to get coins, which is extremely inconvenient—especially if they don’t have a car. In 2026, a coin-only laundry with no ATM and no card or mobile payment option is outdated and frustrating. I hope the hotel upgrades its payment system or at least provides a coin exchange machine or another convenient way for guests to pay.

  My family’s reservation was cancelled at other IHG property and I called the hotel. Spoke to front desk attendant who helped me take care of this. Upon checkin we were given free water bottles and offered to relax and grab a coffee while I worked things out with my credit card company. This kind of hospitality and service is not very common. Everyone I spoke to during my stay was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had, including fresh fruit like pineapple and strawberries. I’m glad in hindsight our reservation at other location was cancelled.

  Had a very rude guest call my room and complained that talking in a normal small room volume was making to much noise for them. If they had a problem they should have gone through the front desk. The hotel should make room to room calls go through the frount desk.

  Muy buena atención por todo el personal, recepción, limpieza, comida etc. Desayuno entre semana 6:00-9:30am Fin de semana 6:00-10:00am Al llegar me registre y fueron muy amables, pague 185 dolares mas deposito (solo si pagas en efectivo) por una sola noche, un cuarto con una cama y estuvo genial la noche, A/C y calefacción La habitación muy limpia, baño con tina, suficientes toallas Todo muy limpio, hay refrigerador, microondas y una cafetera con café vasos azúcar y crema en sobres Lo recomiendo 100%

  Courtney & Brianna that work the front desk are AMAZING and so friendly! They gave us recommendations on restaurants and what fun activities to do in the area. Room was really spacious, super clean, and the whole building smells so good! This is one of the best Holiday Inn’s we have stayed at! Highly recommend!
