  Room was extremely hot when we first arrived. Desk lady was super rude. We used a luggage cart that should have been destroyed 10 years ago…. Elevator was super scary and very humid. Would not recommend!!

  I stay regularly at Holliday Inn locations as s I am a platinum member and this location was perfect for what we needed. As far as short stay hotels are concerned this is a good spot. We received a free upgrade (which is always appreciated) and the rooms are clean and nice. The property doesn't seem run down at all, the pool is small but sufficient for short stays and the breakfast was good for what it is (it's one of the better locations as far as food quality). The location is perfectly 7 mins away from the airport so you can get there very quickly from here. The only issue is see here is there are a collection of working trucks that seem to use all of the platinum parking, which wasn't an issue considering it was not busy so up front parking was available everywhere. I am assuming the parking issue is because it is an industrial park so maybe local construction workers are improperly utilizing the spot, all in all this is a 5 star location.

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from each morning. The hotel's location was perfect for our trip, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was very clean, and we especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night (except for the sound of the AC). The only small issue we encountered was with the bath towels. We booked a room for four guests, but our room initially had bath towels for only two guests, so we had to request additional towels from the front desk staff. After housekeeping cleaned the room the next day, we were left with only three towels instead of four. It wasn't a major problem since the staff quickly helped when asked, but it would be nice if housekeeping consistently stocked the room based on the number of registered guests. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we would definitely choose this Holiday Inn Express again. The hotel lobby smells very nice all the time and they also had complimentary lemon infused water and cookies. They also have a good variety of snacks for purchase. The friendly service, clean accomodations, great breakfast, convenient location, and peaceful atmosphere made for a very enjoyable experience.

  I have stayed at this hotel for work a few times and it has been good every time. Clean rooms, friendly service, good location with on time shuttle service. Monique & Alejandra I have to give you guys a shoutout! On my most recent stay you guys really accommodated me to the fullest with a last minute reservation at 4am and it meant so much to me that you guys went out of your way for me. Also shouts out to Ms Fatima and all the staff that help to keep this location clean and friendly.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The entire property feels brand new, and everything was incredibly clean from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and well laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The location is another huge plus. It’s just minutes from the airport, and the free airport shuttle made getting to and from my flight completely stress free. What really made this stay stand out, though, was the staff. The ladies working the front desk were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in hospitality. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Great customer service can make all the difference, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Austin area.
