- MZMatthew (Zeus89)May 10, 20265.0Asiah was wonderful!!! She was so professional, polite, and empathetic. My father-n-law's and wife's flight was canceled and my son and I were to drive back. She was able to cancel the reservation due to the flight cancelation. She has a sweet attitude and very personable. Please recognize her for a job well done. I will definitely stay here when I am back in town just because of her customer service.

The front desk employee working early this morning (around 5 AM) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and didn’t even seem to understand basic English, which made communication very frustrating. On top of that, she treated me with a complete lack of respect. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

But you could hear whomever was above me which was annoying as it was 1am I. The morning dont.know if it was kids running around or what but it made it hard to sleep, im a very very light sleeper. Overall it was perfect for me

This has to be the most attentive hotel staff that I have ever experienced. The front desk receptionist, Laila and general manger Ashley worked with is to resolve our issue with kindness and compassion in a difficult time. Thank highly recommend this hotel!
