- DCDinah Christian-Ervin6 days ago3.0There's only one entrance to get to the parking lot - right off a very busy highway, the turn-in is a sharp right over a steep/sharp peak where your car can bottom out, along with jagged potholes. The hotel is well kept, our room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. But that entrance is a death trap ☠️

They input my reservation WRONG, gave me DIFFERENT AMTS each time I called back to CORRECT IT, they would HANG UP ON ME in the midst of the conversations. At one point I ASKED TO JUST CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP & that was NOT done. I asked for CORPORATE....to no avail!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
- PRPeggy RumpleApr 15, 20263.0Booked several months ago and thought everything was paid for(no one said anything about a hold during booking) then we get here to check in and they tell us that they only hold the room with the card that it hasn’t been paid for they don’t charge the card until check in! So now we r out $300 on a room we thought was already paid for!!! And FYI it’s All Holiday Inns that do this!!! Won’t stay here again!!!!😠
