  Newly updated, felt like sleeping in a brand new bed with fresh soft sheets. Definitely would stay here again.

  It is a Best Western, they were ready to put the new sign up! Really friendly and locally knowledgeable front desk clerk. Big clean quiet room. Comfy bed. Next to numerous restaurants and minutes from downtown.

  Booked this place for the hot tub and it's barely lukewarm. When I went to ask for it to be turned up the person at the front desk says the manager refuses and she doesn't even have the key to access it. She says the manager claims it's "dangerous for kids if hotter." This is ridiculous since the other million hotels I've been to in the US have 100 degree hot tubs and there are kids in them just fine. When I ran into some other guests they said they'd stayed here 3 years in a row and the hot tub always sucked and the manager refused to turn it up. So it's clearly just the hotel being cheap and not wanting to spend electricity heating it. ***Edited to add: So the manager replied repeating this "kids safety issue" nonsense. I'll repeat that the hot tub is BARELY LUKEWARM. Like if you sit it in for more than ten minutes you will start to GET COLD and have to get out. So I'll let you decide if that's safety or cost cutting measures. Effectively, this hotel does not have a hot tub and that shouldn't be listed in their amenities.

  Very good location easy to access other area, very friendly staff and room was very clean and well maintained.

  Stayed two nights for the first time since it’s been a Best Western. Just as good as always. Very clean, big rooms, comfortable beds. Have been staying here for years. Always will come back
