- JNJulia NewmanMay 10, 20262.0Normally, I love this getaway. I normally try to go once a month but lately it seems like they have been understaffed and come up shorthanded. I mainly go there for the pool in the spa at the pool. They have no full service bar. They have no waitress they have a Telephone where you can call and place an order where they usually just hang up on you until you have to call the front desk. They bring your drinks out an hour later hot water down and if you have any food that might come out, it’s already cold very disappointed in this last day might try to find somewhere else to go.

- GJGabriella JaffeeApr 28, 20264.0Nice old hotel, but there were some issues for sure. There’s no real way to get water other than the fresh water at the lobby which they take away at night. The water in the gym was disgusting - doesn’t look like anyone has cleaned it maybe ever. Service was nice. The room itself was spacious but lacked extra blankets and the AC didn’t really work so it was super hot and hard to sleep in. Also the bed was really uncomfortable. The location was great - super walkable!

P.Apr 27, 20264.0Wonderful time. -4 stars only because of the water pressure from the shower & the toilet not flushing properly. -The staff are friendly, valet is on top of their game rooms are cozy (ceiling fan is a plus) -Library bar was fun (older crowd for the most part) get a seat before 9 pm though! This was one of the least expensive hotels in Dallas that felt like you paid a pretty penny! I am already booking for my weekend get away again.

The food at their restaurant was excellent as well. Shout out to the cook!!! To the following: Dovey, Rafael, JJ, Audrey, Lia and Louis. Promote ahead of peers!!! Thank you all for the being the best at what you do. 🫶🏾🫶🏾 Love the atmosphere as well.
