  Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle if you choose to valet. Upon return of our vehicle today one of the valets had stolen my husbands beats headphones out of the center console of our vehicle. There are thieves that work at this hotel and we will never return. I’m just grateful we didn’t use the cleaning service for the room otherwise who knows what else would have turned up missing. Feeling very violated after what just happened!

  We had a terrific stay at the Warwick Melrose Dallas and would definitely give it five stars. We stayed in a corner room, and it was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was wonderful. One of the things we liked most was that at night we could close the heavy drapes and make the room very dark and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. Then in the morning, opening the drapes completely changed the feel of the room. It was flooded with natural light and had this wonderful bright, airy feeling, with the sense of being high above the neighborhood. It was just a very pleasant room to spend time in. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we also ate in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was very good. The location is hard to beat. The hotel is right in the Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek area, with a number of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed being able to walk out of the hotel and have so much nearby. All in all, this was an excellent stay: a beautiful, comfortable room, great service, good food, and a terrific location. We would happily stay at the Warwick Melrose again.

  Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Warwick Melrose Hotel. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and professional. The front desk team in particular was welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The room also had a nice desk and workspace, which was especially appreciated since I needed to get some work done. My biggest disappointment was the room service on my first evening. Around 7 PM, I ordered pasta with meatballs and a Caesar salad, totaling approximately $70. Unfortunately, the meatballs were practically inedible, and the Caesar salad had a burnt taste. I noticed the croutons to be burnt as well, but some of the black char had been scrapped off. I've genuinely never encountered a Caesar salad I couldn't eat, but this was a first! After spending $70 on dinner, I ended up going to bed hungry, which was incredibly disappointing, especially at a hotel of this caliber. That said, my dining experiences for the remainder of my stay were much better. I had breakfast downstairs on multiple occasions and enjoyed both the lox bagel and the oatmeal. While breakfast was definitely on the pricier side, the food was fresh, well-prepared, and good quality. The service at the restaurant for breakfast was also great. The pool area was another highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and a lovely place to sit outside and relax. A couple of other things worth mentioning: the hotel advertises a complimentary driver service within a certain radius, which initially sounded like a great amenity. However, during my entire three-day stay, the driver was never available when I inquired, so I wasn't able to take advantage of this service. Additionally, the walls and doors are relatively thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Despite this, the hotel was generally quiet. Overall, I would recommend the Warwick Melrose for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, pleasant atmosphere, and genuinely wonderful staff. With some improvements to the consistency of room service and the availability of advertised amenities, it could be an even better experience.

  Lesbian travelers 🌈 came for pride. Had a great stay at the Warwick Melrose, paid on arrival, all smooth and good service in person. Kevin I believe was very helpful. My only complaint in person as that apparently the pool does not count as "on property" so smoking is allowed which is gross. Then $900 came out of my account to 2 weeks after check-in from a card I never presented them. They claim I didnt pay on arrival, which is ridiculous because you can't check in without paying first. Check out they would only give me my incidental receipt, no receipt for the room payment. Turns out after processing payment they reversed it then they tried to charge me so many times it locked my card, but no one said anything to me and kept charging my cards behind the scenes in different amounts for 2 weeks. They're playing dumb and treating me like theres no way a mistake was made on their part. Horrible woman named Alma was so rude I couldn't believe it. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TRANSPARENCY OR ACCOUNTABILITY. Now I have to file a complaint to try and get thia charge I didnt approve reversed. They're barely answering me, say they'll call back and send an email 12 hours later. Terrible customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible stay at the Warwick Melrose – Dallas. This hotel has a timeless elegance and character that makes it feel truly special. One of the highlights is The Library, which has to be one of the best bars in Dallas. The atmosphere is fantastic — live music, great cocktails, a beautiful setting, and just an amazing vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for the evening and not want to leave. The location is also exceptional. You're close to everything, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy Dallas while still coming back to a hotel that feels refined and relaxing. Between the beautiful hotel, fantastic location, and unforgettable evenings at The Library, our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The Warwick Melrose is definitely a place we would return to. Highly recommended!
