An Awesome Stay – The People Make All the Difference! Oh my, this place is just awesome! I’m staying here with my family, and from the moment I walked in, I felt wonderful. The best thing about this hotel is Robert. He is genuinely one of the nicest and coolest people I’ve ever met. And it’s not just me who feels that way! I’ve seen so many guests entering or leaving the hotel, stopping to chit-chat with Robert as if they’ve known him for years. That says a lot about the kind of person he is. Thank you, Robert, for putting smiles on so many faces. You have an extraordinary charm and a wonderful personality that make people feel welcome and at home. You truly make this place special! The breakfast staff are also incredibly nice, welcoming, and sweet. They make the mornings even more pleasant. The poolside area is my favorite spot in the hotel. It’s the perfect place to unwind in the evening after an exhausting day of work. A must-visit spot during your stay! As for the rooms, breakfast, and other amenities, everything is decent and up to the standards you’d expect from Staybridge Suites. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience, made even better by the amazing people who work here. If you’re staying in Dallas, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

Update: I was supposed to be a long term stay for a month, with the possibility of staying another month, but unfortunately I had to leave and find another hotel. Check in was already a mess. I was charged over $700 for a room I had already paid for and had to get the charge refunded. Then I went through 3 rooms. The first faced the highway and was very noisy. The second had a broken bathroom. The third had old, stained carpet, and after staying there I developed red rashes and itching. I can’t say for sure what caused it, but there is visible stains or carpet. I also ordered room service and got the wrong food. I waited a long time for the replacement, and by then some of the other food was cold. When I complained about the carpet, I was told it would be shampooed, but they kept delaying it. Honestly, finding another hotel was easier than getting help here. Tayesha was the only person who really tried to help and did her best to accommodate me. I appreciate her effort. Ana was extremely unhelpful and made an already frustrating situation worse. I would not recommend this hotel for a long term stay.

Tyesha and Marcus are great! They are attentive and responsive to any needs you may have. I am staying here for business for a extended period and the room is clean and has pretty much everything you need to feel like you’re home away from home. I highly recommend if you’re in Dallas.

2.5-3 star hotel at best. There was roaches in the hallways and a toenail in the restroom when we arrived. Mirror was crooked. The sink was about to break off and walls were cracked. The hotel was decent but wasnt worth the price. We have stayed in nicer and cleaner hotels for less. The front desk and service was nice but if youre looking for a 4 star hotel and worth the price , this is not it. I only rated 3 stars because we had no issues with the service, but otherwise would have rated less.
