Whoever said this place was good I know exactly why you were there …. The pictures were 100% false advertising ghetto ass motel room smelled like cigarettes in the middle of no where no lights in the rooms and gross bathtubs and writing on the headboard. I have always trusted Expedia for decent hotels and this definitely was a flop. And the lady at the desk was pissed when I said I wanted a refund and asked why I told her it looks nothing like the pictures and not what we expected. I hope and pray Expedia can get me a refund

It's not worth your time the lady in the office barely speak English. So the problem was my water stop working for like an hour and my toilet would not flush .I had to get my microwave change because it did not work. It took 4 days for it to be change .I had a weekly room.

Okay for all those in doubt of this hotel please read. I’ve stayed at this hotel frequently over the last 4 or 5 years and first of all have never had any bad experiences from the staff. They are always super nice and helpful with anything I have ever needed. The hotel itself was not built yesterday, so of course it’s going to have its flaws here and there but overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. The lighting in the rooms is perfect and sets the mood right every time, the hot tubs and dancing stages are a nice bonus too. My biggest complaint is the location. It’s in the middle of of an industrial area and a ways outside of Dallas, however not unreasonably too far but for me just a bit further than I prefer but everyone has their own opinion. Give this place a chance, it has never disappointed me or anyone else I know that has stayed here.

Did not get to stay here because the service was so horrible on the phone. The front desk was so rude when I had questions. He kept telling me to check the internet. Obviously I did and had questions. We booked with another hotel and will spend our anniversary there instead. With business being slow you think people would be nicer to customers. I will let eveeyone I know not to book here unless you want piss poor attitudes.

Dear management I am not mistaken. I stayed in room 112 and it was exactly as I described... A mess; I wish I could say I had a ball and I loved my room but I must have been given the worst room you all have... I did not enjoy absolutely Nothing about this room except that my husband was there encouraging me because my feelings were crushed thinking that I could do something special for his birthday, I didn’t take pictures because I was embarrassed to brag; I will never have my friends or family go here for any reason nor will I recommend it to anyone unless they don’t mind the filth and the constant sound of sirens from fire and police, this is a place you take throw away girls or a one night stand Not your Spouse! And of course the room looks great at night, lol the lights are off and the dim lights you can’t barely see but take a day time picture... it’s absolutely horrific!
