  Honestly, everything was going pretty well. I love the location of the hotel because it's near a lot of food places and stores..BUT the main thing I'm here to talk about was what happened with the cleaning. I walked into the room with the beds well made then noticed something on the carpet. Whoever had cleaned the room, threw my clothes and my own personal blanket on the floor. At least putting it on the table or even the chair would have been fine?? This ruined the experience for me especially since I don't know what or who has been on the floor.

  I am giving 2 stars all around because of several issues. First, I was given a handicap room for my 5 day stay. The room was obviously spacious as well as the bathroom. I understand the need for a chair system in the shower but I enjoy my showers and with the limited space due to the chair and to top it off the water pressure was terrible. The biggest issue, and I try to stay in safe areas, the night the security was off, was the night that my truck and 4 others were broken into, shattering my rear passenger window. So now I am out $500. And of course the hotel is not responsible. But yet the night that security was off????? I am definately going to start being even more cautious of where I stay.

  I had a great stay here at the Holiday Inn. The guest representitives are kind, helpful, and have great customer service skills.The rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back especially during the evening. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a vacation or business trip.

  Im a big fan of holiday inn Express so it pains me to write my review. 1) room was nice and cold when I got here (yay!!) But it was HUMID so much that the bed was wet. Like really wet sticky so bad I had trouble falling asleep. Finally I used Ai to fix the AC and I tuned on the dehumidifier and by... 2am the room started to feel normal. Until.... 5am Cigarette smoke came pouring into the room through the vent. Ew!!!! It woke me up yall Like someone was puffing on my face! Im outta here! Oh and bathroom door couldn't close 😞

  I was teaching at Dallas College and was here for six nights… The staff in the front were very very friendly. Thank you all so much. It’s a bit odd that there is a big grassy area in the front of the hotel with all sorts of no trespassing signs on it… Anyway, everything was great … The stationary bike is not fully functional in terms of the readouts. The air system in room 220 makes a noise that you might take a look at. We were all safe and that was what counts.
