  This place has horrible security I stayed there a Sunday night and some one broke my rear driver side mirror near the hotel entrance at 6 :35 am if it was not for my alarm I put on my truck they would of stole everything of my truck and the hotel didn’t want to take any responsibility on it when they charge me 211$ for 1 night and can’t even keep vehicles safe outside be careful staying here very shade place

  I am a proud US veteran who served his country and has service connected PTSD and have a service connected service dog. When I arrived, I tried to check in using my wife’s ID and the card that she used to make the reservation online. I was rudely told by the front desk clerk that I was not allowed to check in. That story quickly turned and says I can’t check you in using IDs or credit cards and don’t belong to me then asked to get my ID and my personal card. As I understand things when you make reservations using certain cards and IDs and such like that online, when you actually go to check-in, you need those exact same cards and IDs. My wife was at the college softball fields watching our daughter play softball and she wanted me to come and check into our hotel along with my dog to get her out of the heat. So that’s how I ended up in that situation as I stayed in after I gave the same front desk, clerk my card and my ID she proceeded to check me in told me about breakfast when checkout was and then said no animals were allowed. I quickly responded with. I have a service Animals. She flat told me that no animals are allowed and I said ma’am it is a service animal so she asked the proper question. What service does the animal provide? I told her again it was a service dog for service connected PTSD. She then says that’s not a service animal that’s an emotional support animal and we don’t allow that and I said man that’s not true. She is a service animal. She then went around the corner and brought in the manager who told me the exact same thing that they don’t allow any Animals no service Animals no nothing I then walked out. I highly recommend not going to this hotel or any branch of this hotel at all if you are a vet or have any kind of service Animals. Don’t just take my word for it….read the other reviews below to see several others reviews of how the deck clerk and other staff treat the guest and their kids at this establishment. Keep reading! As far as any profanity that was spoken it was only after I was denied service.

  A hidden gem for a trip to Dallas, TX. It's about 20 mins from downtown & other suburbs. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms were very clean, bedding & pillows were soft & shower pressure was perfect. The front desk was so friendly every time we needed to work with them. Check in & Check out was very easy. The pool was clean & nice to have for the kids. Continental breakfast each morning was amazing. Fresh eggs/omelets, pancakes, sausage/bacon, toaster for your bread, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits & various cereals with milk, juices & coffee selections. The lobby area was clean & roomy. If we ever came back we would definitely stay here again.

  The location was perfect, you could see the Dallas skyline from our window. Hot breakfast with fresh pancakes, pastries, Greek yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, and cinnamon rolls was delicious and kid approved. Several lively local restaurants within walking distance. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Kids LOVED the indoor pool after a full day in the city they could play until 10pm. We even had a flat tire and the front desk staff coordinated with the maintenance staff to help us air up our tire with their air compressor. Above and beyond customer service. We will definitely stay here again!
