I am very disappointed with my experience at this Holiday Inn Express. I had a five-night reservation from August 27 through September 1, 2026. I stayed in Room 323 and encountered significant cleanliness issues, including a cockroach walking on the wall. I have photographs documenting both the condition of the room and the cockroach. I also personally observed cleanliness and maintenance issues in the common areas, including visibly dirty elevators, heavily stained carpets with accumulated dirt along the edges, as well as inadequate air conditioning in several common areas. I reported the situation that same night. The employee contacted management by phone and afterward informed me that a full refund for my stay had been authorized and that the manager would contact me. I was not offered another room, and I decided to leave the hotel rather than continue my five-night stay. The promised management follow-up did not occur as I had been told, so I returned to the hotel in person the following day. I subsequently had to escalate the matter to IHG Customer Care. As of the date of this review, my case remains under review by IHG and has not yet been resolved. Based on my experience, this property did not meet the standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service that I reasonably expected from a Holiday Inn Express. For these reasons, I do not recommend this hotel.
