  Worst holiday inn, a lot of dog hair in the couch and bed, empty body soap bottle, no hand soap, no towels, insects everywhere and bad attitude front desk persons.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Woke up to this (see video and picture). I didnt bring any food into the room. Bites all over my body. Manager said jokingly "you must be sweet", and gave me a 24.30 discount. THANKS DONT STAY HERE ! ANTS

  ⭐⭐ Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and there were several issues that made the experience frustrating. Starting with the entrance sign being small and not lit we missed the entrance once. We were told breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, so we missed it, only to find out later that breakfast actually ends at 10:00 AM on weekends. The ice machine on the second floor was also not working. The restroom has a sliding door that kept getting stuck and was extremely difficult to open and close. My wife is pregnant, and I had to keep helping her with the door because of how much force it required. We also asked for bar soap and were told by the staff that they are no longer provided. The pool water was extremely cold, and we were told the pool closed at 9, even though the posted sign stated 10:00 PM. The shower water pressure was also way too strong. It honestly felt like being sprayed with a water hose, with water going everywhere. Lastly, be aware of the parking fee. We were charged an additional $7 per day for parking. This was not clearly communicated to us beforehand, and Google Maps lists free parking as one of the hotel amenities, so seeing the additional charge on our bill was frustrating. There were simply too many inconveniences during our stay. Better communication from the staff and attention to basic room and hotel amenities would have made a big difference.

  All in all a good experience was nice to swim for a while just to get out of the heat, stayed just one night. Stay was great the cleaning staff are good that they do have the blinds closed to try and keep the rooms cooler. Bed very comfortable also the lay out of the room spacious very enjoyable. Had to leave early so didn't get to experience breakfast. Great stay look forward to going back.

  The AC unit in our room was really noisy and disruptive when we were trying to sleep, it made a loud whirring noise every time it started up. Other than that, our room was very clean and comfortable. For a single night in Dallas, this was better than spending $150 a night elsewhere. Also be aware that the hotel is directly opposite a railroad. We got lucky that the one train that went by was during the day, although I can’t imagine how awful it would be to hear the train horn in the middle of the night.
