  The room was great. It's a very comfortable bed. they had a great hot breakfast with lots of variety. i didn't like the location because I didn't have a vehicle and no place with in walking distance to purchase beer. and it was hot inside the building and the ice machine on my floor was not working. and they had a basic remote control for the TV. And I could not get the guide channel. So I had to scroll through every channel.

  I checked in at 6pm on 9/24, then I left to get food and my door was locked upon coming back. The employee at the desk gave me 3 keys that didn’t work before finally coming up, acting like I didn’t know how to open a door and had an unnecessary attitude. The employee had 0 idea what to do when the master key didn’t work, and said they would have the other employee check. The other employee also had no idea and assumed we were doing something wrong. After she had no luck, she called the GM and said that maintenance was on the way and to just hold tight. After 4 hours of waiting (about 11:30pm now) we went to go check where maintenance was, and they told us yet again they were en route and they were cleaning a room for us to get a bed to sleep in(we have watched them turn 4 people away who had reservations, and obviously they were overbooked at this point so it was a blatant lie). She was quick to leave and left before her shift was even over, and the next staff member on shift was trying to help figure it out to no avail, the battery in the door wasn’t charging(the last staff didn’t attempt). After a bit more waiting, the new staff member informed us they never called maintenance and the gm never answered, and put us in a new room(it had bugs and a broken ac unit) at about 2 in the morning. All of our belongings and hygiene products were still locked in the room, for 7 hours at this point. It took maintenance until 6am to arrive, and he complained about having to wake up early the entire time he helped us. We were locked out of a room for 12 hours, what if we direly needed medicine that was in the room, or what if we left a child? They acted with 0 urgency and lied instead of attempting to help. I won’t be coming back and I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying here, i don’t think this hotel deserves even 1 star.

  **** NO WAFFLES **** Lovely staff and rooms Do the research. These (new) pancake machines aren't all what they are cut out to be. Expensive units that make lead sinkers. I LOVE my waffles and it's the reason we purchased similar waffle units for the house. I look forward to waffles when we go out and now many motels are swapping them out for this crap. Why not have both? All units from now on will get ONE star from me. Do the research on them and the excuses really don't justify the sell out to the devil. As much as the pancakes were "ok", I don't like waffles. I will NOT stay in these places or at least call ahead and be prepared.

  Terrible stay. We had two rooms. One room had wet carpet and visible black mold (see photo). They moved us to another room that had no working air conditioning (see photo). Then to another room that had hair ball in shower from previous guest. Our other room had door issue resulting in housekeeping leaving our door open and unlocked while we were away. All issues were reported. Management came up with excuses and yes we still had to pay to stay here. We will never come back here for health and safety reasons.
