Horrible experience!! My friend I was trying to access the room that we had bought prior to arriving there and they couldn’t give us the room and didn’t give us a good explanation as to why, but they were able to give us a refund It was really frustrating and honestly very unprofessional and whenever I tried to talk to the worker about it, they just seemed to not even care And had a very obvious attitude. I really don’t speak on these things, but it was just really upsetting Because I was coming up to Dallas to visit a friend in little behold our hotel that we booked canceled our stay

Let's start with the $50 smoking fee. Beyond that, the biggest issue was the noise. I understand properties need to make money, but the hallways were anything but quiet after 10 PM. There was constant traffic, loud conversations, and a lack of consideration from some of the tenants renting rooms there. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay and get some rest, that was not my experience.

I went here to stay for the weekend after driving all the way from Austin to attend a concert. The hotel was supposed to be the least of my concerns yet it became my biggest one shortly after my check in. I walked into my room and the carpet was wet to the touch and the room felt humid with a noticeable strong smell of mildew that did not go away. By the end of my stay the smell and humidity ended up making me and my wife ill when staying. It also didn't help my bed sheets were damp and freezing cold when the AC hit them, I asked the front desk if they could send me up new sheets and the middle eastern woman on the phone firmly told me "I don't believe that they're wet, our staff washes and dries our bedding thoroughly" leaving me to go meet her downstairs with my damp bedsheets and comforter (that did not dry by the 4th hour we checked in) and get new sheets myself as she felt them and told me "they're not wet they're just cold" after the dampness had absorbed the entire backside of my shorts. At night I had hoped to finally get some rest but was met with TV with a lot of channels but did not work at all and even the cable TVs channels were unamed. I turned on the heater to make me a little warmer from my damp bed due to the bedsheets and it made the whole room have a burning rubber smell to it and quickly shut it off due to how strong smelling it was. The pillows had loose filling which gave me neck pain in the morning and the mattress was the only semi decent thing in that whole room. As there was a stain on my bedding and damp towels hanging in the bathroom. I advise not staying here if you want to be met with rude management, an illness by the end of your trip or the bare minimum of a hotel. As there was even a sign in the elevator telling us to be aware of scam callers that pretend they are the staff to steal your credit card information. I will not be staying here in the future at all and holiday inn has lost a valuable ihg rewards member.

Very concerning experience. On May 27 at 10:22 PM, I received a call to my room phone asking for my credit card details for “incidentals,” even though my card was already processed at check-in. The caller was persistent and even threatened to come to my room. When I went to the front desk, another guest was reporting the exact same scam call, which makes this even more alarming. Staff had no explanation and claimed no knowledge of the calls. I reported this to IHG Customer Care and received a reference number, but there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution. I did not feel safe and checked out the next morning, cutting short a 15-day stay. As a Platinum Elite member, this lack of security, transparency, and accountability is extremely disappointing. Guests should be aware.

Had a ok stay but housekeeping sucks. Call the front clerk to let her know I was stepping out for a while can I get my room cleaned 5/28/26 which was Wednesday and she said she will make sure it gets clean. Well when I got back nothing was done at all no beds made no nothing. Well 5/29/26 called the clerk at the front desk again to ask can I get my room cleaned she said ok. So make a long story short. I ran into one of the housekeepers which was cleaning the room right next to minds and ask her are you going to be cleaning minds next. she said no my room wasn't on the list. So I explain to her I had spoke to the clerk about 25 minutes ago. She said know one told her anything but she will go ahead and get it cleaned.Well when I got back she just made the beds up. No sink clean no tub clean no rug vacuum no nothing but just remade the beds up.
