  I was coming straight from hospital release. The lady on the phone said I could check in at 1pm. I got there and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Very rude staff. They said I had to wait until 3pm. They said check with them every 30 minutes but they got upset that I was doing so. The next shift came in. They were very nice but said the same thing. So I lay down on the couch because I was in so much pain and recovering from anesthesia. A lot of people were standing around waiting in the lobby. I mean a lot of people. So I don’t know what was happening with the reservation system. But the new lady came over and said they had a room for me. I got into my room at 2:30 PM. The room itself was nice. Very clean. The breakfast was average, but good. I’m appalled at their reservation issues.

  The front desk staff are SO lovely. I will say the 4 different ladies I encountered throughout various parts of my stay were just so pleasant. Wonderful attitudes. Like noticeable enough that this is the reason I’m Leaving this review. Housekeeping ? Needs to do better. Both sets of bedding were dirty. Visible stains on various places on the sheets Hit them with some good bleach and stain remover. I was too tired to wait for them to clean my room so I just grabbed new sheets at the front desk and laid them on top. Doable for a short stay. Last thing I wanted to do at the end of the evening.

  Clean room, comfortable beds, flat screen tv, free parking, and free breakfast each morning. It had everything we needed.

  This holiday inn is the worst we have ever stayed at. To begin with our room had a nasty smell we let them know they sent house keeping to come and spray the room. That's all they did. Maintenance had to come fix our door cause it would not take a key period to let us in , it needed batteries. Then go to shower and the shower doesn't work has to wait 30 mins for Maintenance to come fix it. Next day that smell again like sewage. Then I also go to simply ask about why I'm being charge a portion of the bill already on a card that was just for the room hold. The lady there was very rude. No wonder u all only have a 3 star. Maybe you're management need to hire some nicer ppl. To have better service . We are having a family reunion coming up and was gonna stay here but not any more not with this service. Just lost out on quit a few rooms being booked. The stay was under my husband name not mine, it's room 226 under raynaldo Ramirez

  I did not want to stay here because of the reviews but I Do not understand why the ratings are so low for this hotel . Amazing service, amazing breakfast. Hotel was beautiful, stayed on the second floor. DID NOT SEE ONE BUG OF ANY KIND. Showers stayed hot the whole time in shower. Breakfast gives you many options to choose from , every bite was flavorful , will stay here next time I am in Dallas. The room was very clean , I was checked on the morning of my second stay multiple times to see if I needed anything. Anything that I needed it was taken care of.
