  Staying a single night with my kiddo. The front desk staff is 100/10. Genuinely friendly, helpful, informative, and supportive. They really care about what's best for their guests. The hotel is clean, quiet, and quiet lovely. The room is a standard king, very spacious and clean, great layout, and has solid temperature control. A little bummed that breakfast starts after we leave for our flight, but I'm sure its delicious. Took a peak into the restaurant and its got great atmosphere. The security level here is also ideal for the area. I feel very safe on this property.

  Terrible check-in experience. After arriving exhausted from a long day, I was met with rude, unprofessional service. The staff member gave me false information about the checkout time, which created unnecessary confusion from the moment I arrived. The entire interaction felt hostile, tacky, and completely avoidable. Makes you wonder why. There was absolutely no reason for the experience to be this unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Longtime member of IHG. We recently booked to attend a wedding of a favorite relative. This was through a BNPL site which was done weeks in advance. FIFA was in town so we paid a premium rate On check in we were asked to present a card which we thought was for incidentals. Turns out we were charged for the entire 4 day stay. The reason being, we found out after speaking to the front desk and the BNPL staff, the manager did not confirm the charge with the BNPL site within 24 hours of booking. If we did not have a cushion of the 4 figure amount in that account we would have been screwed. It did puta hamper on our budget as we had other plans for the money we had there. We were not able to put other things to enjoy on the card because of this. The room itself was clean. We had a view of the pool area. We didn't use it but others seem to enjoy it. The bed was fairly comfy. Temperature control adequate. The bathroom had no hand soap and had 2 conditioners and no shampoo.in the shower. We asked for and received itt after a call to the front desk. The first day we received a bed makeup. None on the 2nd day. We called and received a fresh set of sheets and we made the bed ourselves. Also we requested and received fresh towels. The have a restaurant but some things were not available. But we did enjoy the chicken wings and the fries. Very hot and tasty. We also had a chicken Alfredo dish that we didn't eat as we were full. We put leftovers in the fridge but we were not aware of the fuse box (!) on the wall next to the fridge we needed to open and flip the switch for the fridge to turn on until the next day so everything we had in the fridge had to be thrown out. They offer bottled water for $3 and there is a mini drug store near the front desk if you need any thing of the sort. The area itself was in a kind of a sketchy area. My husband wanted to walk over to Whataburger's but was advised not to go. So the area is a little sketchy at night. The evening front desk guy was very nice. He helped us out with recommendations for eating out. He is a keeper. Don't let him go. We enjoyed the Texas bbq and Deep Ellum area . We will return to Dallas but probably not to this hotel

  I experienced my worst stay ever at this ihg property. The hotel front desk staff who checked me in ( I believe his name was Chris or some variation). Was awful he was more concerned with telling me the joke of the day (it was 1am) and socializing with the group behind me who also hadn't checked in either then getting me the correct room. I requested a two bed queen and ended up with a king. I went back downstairs to get it straightened out and was told that he only did that because they only had handicapped rooms available. Instead of being given an option the choice was made for me. I was also told breakfast was free in the morning it is not. Then my two night stay had some how been modified to a one night stay. I was on a trip getting tattooed and my travel partner was informed that we only had the room for the night. They handled the situation as well as they could and was told the room would be comped. I have been billed and it definitely was not comped. My travel partner is elderly so they were ready to put an elderly lady out. Luckily that morning I had decided to go ahead and book a room somewhere else because of how terrible my check in experience was. I strongly urge everyone to not stay at this hotel. You will not have a good time it is the worst experience I have ever had.
