Kandi and Kristy front desk staff so great to help with a room Texas OU weekend when we got scammed through a reservation app. Was the last minute and very accommodating. Love this place!

Kandi and Kristy were genuine angels on earth with the assist of a very comfortable room that sheltered us from a cruel world in the middle of a Texas/OU weekend. The room and the breakfast buffet lived up to the Holiday Inn brand. I’d stay here on PURPOSE in the future!

Kandi checked us in and did not disappoint. With a lobby full of people (big football game which we didn’t know about) Kandi greeted us with a smile which spoke volumes after our drive. She was pleasant and fast and truly made us feel special. The room was clean and comfortable. We needed a little help figuring out the thermostat/wall air conditioner and the front desk had someone at our room in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend! We will be back too!!!

I had accidentally booked the wrong hotel and was feeling pretty stressed, but Tyesha was so kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to help me get everything sorted out and made what could have been a very frustrating situation so much easier. Her kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated it. Tyesha is a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like, and she was definitely one of the highlights of my stay!
- 777RootsOct 5, 20265.0This Holiday Inn/ Staybridge Suites is the best in town. The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. My family and I have been given the V.I.P treatment from check-in to check-out. I want to personally thank Ana, Tyesha, Robert and the entire staff from house keeping to the security, chefs and cooks. I stayed there for about 8 weeks and my kids loved every day being there!!!
