  Really great stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was really pretty and the aesthetic was calming. The staff were the shining star for me! Both Marcus and Dolf went out of their way to make our stay golden! From checking us in, to shuttling us back and forth to Dallas market, to restaurant recommendations and all with a smile on their face, making us feel so welcome! Great team at this location!

  I experienced my worst stay ever at this ihg property. The hotel front desk staff who checked me in ( I believe his name was Chris or some variation). Was awful he was more concerned with telling me the joke of the day (it was 1am) and socializing with the group behind me who also hadn't checked in either then getting me the correct room. I requested a two bed queen and ended up with a king. I went back downstairs to get it straightened out and was told that he only did that because they only had handicapped rooms available. Instead of being given an option the choice was made for me. I was also told breakfast was free in the morning it is not. Then my two night stay had some how been modified to a one night stay. I was on a trip getting tattooed and my travel partner was informed that we only had the room for the night. They handled the situation as well as they could and was told the room would be comped. I have been billed and it definitely was not comped. My travel partner is elderly so they were ready to put an elderly lady out. Luckily that morning I had decided to go ahead and book a room somewhere else because of how terrible my check in experience was. I strongly urge everyone to not stay at this hotel. You will not have a good time it is the worst experience I have ever had.

  Great location for market with complimentary shuttle, Perry was very accommodating with pick ups, although the communication about pick up times is a little confusing; Tyesha at the front desk was very patient when credit card terminals were down/server down issue Marcus at check in was super friendly and had some good suggestion on no places to eat. Bring a sleep mask because of light pollution due to location at interstate. Curtains do not reach the top of the windows so the room isn’t completely dark

  Clean hotel room. Excellent customer service. Robert at the font desk was great during the whole checking process and helpful the entire time. Lots of security. Even though there was a car with stolen rims when we pulled it. I would stay here again. Close to the airport comfortable beds and great service.

  Rolled in at 2am with my wife and 8-year old daughter after our departing flight was delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed, then finally cancelled. Was quoted $130 on the phone, but was charged $150. Mildly irked I wasn’t quoted the full price over the phone. Asked for a quiet room away from everyone else since we were exhausted. The guy must have heard, “give us a room right next to the lobby so we can hear everyone coming and going throughout the night,” because that’s what we got. I’d go zero stars but the breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast crew was super nice. It’s like they know they are holding that whole place together, making up for everyone else just mailing it in. Some people might be down for this exact experience, but I am not.
