  The best service ever. I love the location and atmosphere. The day party was everything, guest services Bell Captain Lance Lashley was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

  I just wanted a calm weekend with a little spice and it was perfect! Rooms were minimalist, comfy, clean, perfect! The view to the pool was 10/10. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. I got greeted with roses in bed requested by my SO, and from what he tells me it was a smooth process. You have access to the staff through text. The bell men that helped us out with baggage and valet parking did amazing. Shout out to Bray and Lance. The little spice was added by the events going on that weekend— pool events were 10/10. Great child less weekend.

  First time stay at the Drey Hotel. We loved it the staff was great, Lance was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the food at over under.

  Excellent place to stay in the heart of North Dallas. Top notch staff and the grounds are awesome. Relaxing and rooms are beautiful. Lots to do all around. Highly recommend!

  I chose to stay at the Drey Hotel because of the proximity to my daughter’s residence. The room was great with an abundance of amenities. I booked the Summer Splash Promo, which was to stay two nights and receive the third night free. My room was not serviced the next day (Saturday) but thanks to the online Village Concierge, I was at least able to make a request and received fresh towel sets for the evening. On Sunday my room was serviced but no towels were left. I made a request to the front desk for clean, fresh towel sets on my way out to dinner. I returned to my room later in the evening and found bath towels but no wash clothes or hand towels. Once again, I requested from the front desk wash clothes and hand towels. I was later given hand towels and make-up clothes to use as wash clothes from a cleaning crew member who told me “that is what’s left”. I checked out Monday morning and because others were ahead of me and my ride to the airport was waiting, I opted to have the final bill be sent the email on file. To my astonishment, there was an itemized room charge, city occupancy tax, state occupancy tax, resort fee, along with another city and state occupancy tax for each of the three nights of my stay. I called and the front desk staff could not explain why there was a room charge for all three nights when I booked using the Summer Splash Promo offering the third night free. I was then called by a supervisor who stumbled through each line item that still did not give a plausible explanation why I was charged for three nights and not two. I was then told that the director would give me a call and almost two weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone.
