Super nice staff. Nicely decorated. A few shortcomings though. A beautiful king corner suite, clearly designed and set up for two people with the exception of only one chair at the table. Additionally, this is the first hotel I have stayed at in almost 35 countries that did not have feather free pillows available for those with allergies. Finally, they advertise themselves as a four-star hotel yet there is no real breakfast service available on site. They had a few muffins next to the coffee in the lobby each morning, but that is it. For breakfast, they direct you across the parking lot to a coffee shop/convenience store, which had subpar breakfast sandwiches.
The hotel & grounds are beautiful. Very well maintained. Clean, spacious rooms. What really makes this hotel stand out is the friendly, welcoming, unwavering customer service. You rarely find this anywhere anymore, even at some of the most prestigious places. One particular staff member stood out above the rest even though they were all excellent. His name is Bray. What a beakon of light he was all weekend! I don't think this young gentleman ever sleeps because he was there early mornings through late nights. Nobody ever walked through the door without him already having it open and ready to great you with a big smile and a hello. His friendliness, politeness, and willingness to help at all times is priceless. You don't see this kind of work ethic pared with an incredible attitude in many people these days. Drey Hotel, pay this young man quadruple please so he never leaves! Lol! Thank you to all the Drey staff as well for a wonderful weekend.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by Lance and Bridget. You definitely won’t be disappointed in your stay here! The hotel is so nice, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean, well maintained, and inviting. The customer service truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in this area!

Drey hosted my now wife and me along with our family and friends for our wedding weekend. The service, food and rooms were nothing short of exceptional. I want to give special shoutouts to Lance and his team of Bell Boys along with the warm, helpful and welcoming reception and concierge teams. Devin, our wedding event coordinator, was absolutely invaluable as well. Great job Drey! I give this team of incredible individuals my highest recommendation!

We loved: the attentive, available, warm staff; the food at all eating places was excellent - we had 2 meals at the Country Club (pool rest/bar), sushi at the hotel (they do tastings), apps at the sports bar, and invited friends in for Meridian. All were excellent. Meridian apps are 'bite size' (they should say that), and for breakfast, go to the Buzz Coffee - it is excellent with many options; the hot tub and pool area are excellent (don't think the mallard was invited but he was cute); the location, the ease of parking, the fitness center (!), the pickle ball courts - though they were closed the only night we had hoped to play (a note would be nice); the happy hour in the lobby; the many places to grab a table and work/relax; the positioning of the loft was beautiful with large windows, huge space for working, eating, entertaining.
What we didn't love: Our loft room had issues - beeping fridge, mattress, a smell that was weird when we entered the room --- staff were responsive and worked to resolve the issues they could; construction around entrance was something to navigate but was finished the day we checked out and looked good; signage around the village - we and others we helped had a hard time finding the entrance to the gym; key card didn't work for the pool - but we figured out how to access anyway; country club chef is very engaged and cooks wonderful food, bar staff seem a little distracted or maybe bored - huge place with a lot of down time; wondering if the rooms get a 'pretend we are staying here' visit now and then or after a visit where there were concerns voiced?
We'll likely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.
