  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at the Drey Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed, luxurious, and comfortable, offering a true upscale experience. The entire property was immaculate, with a beautiful resort-style atmosphere and plenty of activities and entertainment nearby. Everything about the hotel felt elegant, relaxing, and inviting. The Drey Hotel truly delivers a luxury resort experience, and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

  Five Stars! An Extraordinary Hospitality Experience! I was in awe from the moment I arrived! From the very first touchpoint at valet to the warm welcome in the lobby, the attentive concierge team, and my beautifully designed accommodations at The Terraces, every detail was thoughtful and intentional. A chef-inspired dining experience at Anise, complete with a pizza created just for me, was another unforgettable touch! The bespoke hospitality is truly in a class of its own. Every member of The Village team went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Everything you need, want, or didn't even know you needed is right here on property. It was an absolute dream! I cannot wait to return, discover something new, and experience more of what makes this destination so special. 10/10 — I will absolutely be back!

  I stayed in the Cedar Elm Loft for nearly seven months and absolutely loved my time at The Drey. It truly felt like home during my stay. The unit was extremely clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It was very well furnished, with high quality finishes and so much attention to detail throughout the space. Being surrounded by floor to ceiling windows was one of my favorite parts. The natural light and views made the loft feel even more special. I was able to schedule housekeeping once or twice a week, and the team was always happy to bring fresh towels, change the sheets, or help with anything else I needed. The front desk was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Being able to communicate with them through text made everything so convenient. Packages are delivered directly to the hotel, and the staff would occasionally even bring them up to my door. Another huge plus is access to the country club and gym, both of which are wonderful amenities. The surrounding neighborhood feels very safe and welcoming, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. A special thank you to Shanell, the manager, who was truly the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend The Drey to anyone looking for a long-term stay in Dallas. You are very well taken care of here, and the entire experience feels much more personal than a typical extended stay. Thank you to everyone at The Drey for making my time there such a wonderful experience!!

  We were the first guests to check in to the new Terraces at the Drey Hotel. Our room was exceptional, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully relaxing. The hotel staff were truly outstanding! They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were holding a convention at the Drey and were very impressed with the service and support. The food at the Drey is exceptional as well. Looking forward to staying again next year.

  We recently hosted our company’s annual conference at The Drey Hotel, and the experience was exceptional. I stayed in a terrace suite, which was easily one of the best hotel rooms I’ve had in years. Our catering for breakfast and lunch was served right on schedule every day, and the staff provided seamless 24/7 support from early morning meetings to late at night. The conference halls were perfect for our presentations, and the hotel's overall atmosphere was fantastic—it truly feels like a charming village with dining and activity options within walking distance. Extra special appreciation goes to Thomas, Jennifer, and David for delivering first-class service and adapting instantly whenever we had a last-minute request. I cannot recommend The Drey Hotel enough!
