  I was standing in the check in line for about twenty five minutes, once I got there, I was unable to have the hotel clerks full attention because she was too busy flirting with some dude who worked there. I asked her about parking after I'd paid everything, and she told me that I could pay at the kiosk in the parking lot. That was untrue. If you're a guest of the hotel, make sure you get your parking pass at the front desk. Cause parking is fifteen dollars a day, from them, or twenty five dollars a day in the parking lot, costing, you ten dollars every time you leave .The room had dried rice stuck to the counter and floor in the bathroom and the water wouldnt heat up to hot, stayed barely warm. The pool area was gross and run down. The view from the room would have been great if the windows weren't dirty, inside and out. No ice makers in the hall ways, you have to go to the ground floor and get a zip lock baggie of ice. Room tvs are tiny. Oh and we asked for our room to be serviced 3 times. Twice at the front desk and we asked one of the hotel maids directly and our room was never serviced. All in all this hotel sucks, its better than sleeping in your car but but youre probably better off staying at the comfort in next door.

  Stayed here for 7 days, never had hot water to shower, pool was closed for 3 days for cleaning and when it did open it was still nasty. The ac never really cooled and when it did run it was LOUD. Nothing special about the over priced breakfast and 15+ tax to park per day is ridiculous. It's way over priced for the tiny room and lack luster accomodations

  The room was alright, and the water, restrooms, and staff were great. I especially loved the orange water! My first check-in could’ve had better communication, but I apologize for my original review. My Partner was dissatisfied with the hot water not working at all which kind of affected our stay here and the rooms overall didnt cool up as much:/ If I would've known I would've totally gone somewhere else.

  I've been traveling for over 30 years and we received the best customer service ever at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center. Mo - Thank you for all your support and for keeping us organized during our stay. We can not say enough amazing things about the experience we had. Anytime we had a question or need during our stay you all were so supportive! The culture, staff and service are second to none! Tamika, Brian and Om - Thank you all for being so kind and willing to help us with all of our ongoing needs throughout the day. Claudia, Ricky, Jesus, Ericka and Alicia - You guys know how to make a group feel special! The dinner at the Bristol Bar & Grill was outstanding!! The salmon, ribeye - YUM! The breakfast buffet and made to order omelets were something my team couldn't stop talking about. Ricky/Michelle - Thank you for helping us get set up in the conference room spaces for our team. Love the flexibility, space accommodations, and options we have available. Lamar - You outdid yourself by offering to stop and pick up a bite to eat during the shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. It was such an unexpected gesture and much needed! We certainly felt like an extension of your family after our stay! This will be our go to place to stay whenever we are in the Dallas market!

  We booked our stay on points and honestly had an awful time. Although I understand that it is 100 degrees outside, our room never cooled off to a comfortable temperature. We asked them to take a look, they claimed somebody came up to the room to address it. It was not fixed when we returned. The second room they offered was cooling properly but smelled like mildew, which was the last chance I gave them before leaving property. There were multiple people at the desk throughout the day making the same complaint. There were other things that showed that the hotel isn't being maintained properly such as the pool being dirty and not swimmable and the elevator doors not closing all the way before going up and down. This hotel has basically become a tall and overpriced Motel 6. I would recommend staying at another hotel besides this one. Before we had arrived I reached out to the front desk to see if we could get an earlier check-in. I was told "Please reach out to the hotel before your scheduled arrival to confirm if we have early check in available." I was under the impression that was exactly what I was doing by contacting the hotel. It is is possible that they had meant to call back later, but they could have worded their statement differently. I gave it 2 stars because one of the staff was still nice in the midst of my frustrations and I do commend his ability to try to help us out as much as possible. Brian at the front desk did everything in his power to try to get us comfortable, but the hotel itself wasn't capable of doing that.
