  I just finished a 6 night stay her during the Total Home and Gift Show at Dallas Market. I found the hotel to be located extremely convenient to the DMC. The market had daily shuttles as well. If you are booking thru the DMC you also get a discount on breakfast and parking I believe. The rooms were clean and they serviced the room daily. The gym was very nice and the pool was well attended. I ate both breakfast and lunch in the restaurant in the hotel and enjoyed all the food. The real shining star was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Transparently, the hotel did have some challenges with the AC during my stay; however, they did everything they could to accommodate and make it right for guests. Things happen. I'm looking forward to staying here again during future markets!

  Here on a business trip for a week and a half and from day one the air conditioning was broken. I delt with that for 2 days with out complaining. But when the sewage started coming up through the shower drain that was too much. I went to the front desk and spoke with Brian and explained the situation, he quickly made changes to my accommodation, changed my room, offered me a cooling fan and a meal voucher for the inconvenience. No hassle no fuss. Quickly turned a bad situation, into something manageable. Thanks Brian,

  I was here on a 3-week internship and wanted to say it was a great experience. The rooms were okay and the location was fine off the freeway. The thing I wanted to highlight the most were the staff. Mr. Lamar the shuttle driver was excellent and truly made me and my other interns feel like we had a dependable person who could pick us up anytime we needed. Mr. MoMo served us during dinner and he always attended to us whether it was making sure we had eaten or refilling our water a million times 😅. The breakfast staff were also incredible and I can’t count how many times Mr. Jesus made me a killer omelette for breakfast. The staff was always receptive and ready to help us while we were so far from home. A huge thank you to them!

  The location is definitely the only bad thing about this place. Theres nothing around to walk to; however for some people that may not be an issue. The place is clean, the workers in the main lobby as well as the workers at the restaurant/bar were super helpful and hospitable. They really made me feel welcomed so definitely great employees here. If you like to workout, they have a few benches, treadmills, and cables. It’s not a lot but you can get a decent workout in. My only complaint about their workout area is that for some reason it is not air conditioned well. You will be sweating like crazy in here! Bring a towel and plenty of water! Overall I had a great stay :)

  Our Room was in need of some repair (wallpaper peeling, some broken things.) but CLEAN and COMFY! Bed was shockingly comfortable actually. AC worked great. Water barely got lukewarm, then cycled between tepid and cold instead of holding a temp, and water pressure was like standing under an awning waiting for it to drip on you. Mini fridge was broken. Breakfast is $18 and is more mediocre than any free breakfast you’ve seen at a motel. Elevators are hot, and certain floors smell moldy (luckily ours was not one of these, floor 19 in case you want to request) I find paying to park at a place I’m already paying to stay very silly, especially when it’s not even valet, but we had no car safety issues so I guess there’s that! LOL. All in all I must say my stay was comfortable (other than showering) and safe, the staff was lovely, especially Ricky! & while the location isn’t exciting, I did find it convenient. I think my main issue is that the price you’re paying to stay here doesn’t match the quality of the hotel you’re staying at.
