  Save yourself the time, money, and stress—stay somewhere else. After driving nearly 10 hours, this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. We ended up checking out a day early because we no longer felt safe. We watched an individual repeatedly circle the parking lot before leaving the property. Thinking the situation was over, we went back to our room on the 18th floor. A short time later, we looked out the window and saw the same individual return and head straight toward our vehicle. We immediately ran downstairs. As the person approached our car, the alarm sounded, and they quickly left. It was one of the most frightening experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The fact that this hotel charges guests for gated parking is unbelievable. Paying for parking should provide some level of security, yet someone was able to come and go without issue. It made the parking fee feel like a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the hotel staff saw us rushing out with all of our belongings as we decided to leave immediately, but I did not feel like our concerns were taken seriously. I expected urgency and concern after what had just happened, but that wasn’t the experience we had. The room itself wasn’t much better. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, the bathroom door malfunctioned and locked us out, and the entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. This stay was not worth the money. We left early because we did not feel safe, our trip was cut short, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Guest safety should be a hotel’s highest priority, and based on my experience, that was not the case here. I also expect to be refunded for the night we didn’t stay and the parking fee, as this experience fell far below what any guest should have to endure.

  Room 1933 A/C DOES NOT WORK AND IM NOT THE FIRST TO SAY IT THEY MOVED ME AFTER THE ENGINEER NEVER CAME TO LOOK AT A/C TO ROOM 1932 & WE WENT TO SEE DALLAS AND WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 2:30ISH AM IT WAS 81 & FRONT OFFICE SAID THEY CANT LEAVE THE DESK TO GO SEE IF THE 3RD ROOM THEY WERE GOING TO MOVE ME TO (HOW DO THEY PEE) A/C WAS ACTUALLY COOLING I CALLED CORPORATE AMD THE 1ST LADY HUNGVUP ON ME CALLED AGAIN AND THE 2ND LADY DID THE SAME THING WITH NO FIX AND CORPORATE CANT DO ANYTHING CORPORATE SAID THEY ASKED THE FRONT DESK FOR THE MANAGERS BAME AND THE GUY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HER(SHE SAID THIS) STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY RUN AWAY THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY OR RESPECT FOR PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY ON ANOTHER NOTE;CAN YALL IMAGINE THAT ONLY ONE PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING AND ITS TENANTS BASED ON FRONT DESK DUDE ON JULY 24 @ 2:30ISH HE CANT LEAVE THE FRONT DESK TO USE THE RESTROOM GET A LUNCH OR BREAK OR GI AND MAKE SURE A ROOM IS COOLING BEFORE THEY TRY AND MOVE YOU FOR THE 3RD TIME TRASH TRASH TRASH I HOPE I GET A REFUND OR SOMETHING BACK IF NOT FULL PRICE CORPORATE AND THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ALL 4 OF THEM My response to their reply; IT WAS YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM YALL ARE A FARCE BUT I WILL BE CALLING 311 & SEEING WHAT ELSE THE CITY OF DALLAS CAN DO SO NOBODY ELSE GETS SCAMMED SOME PEOPLE HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES AND YOUR APOLOGY WOULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR THEM IM SORRY I EVER STAYED THERE Also at 3:00ISH AM THEY GAVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND IM FROM ARLINGTON IT WAS A STAYCATION I COULDVE DRIVEN BACK HOME AND STAYED AT THE TEXAS LIVE LOWES!! I DIGRESS

  My wife and I had such a beautiful and enjoyable anniversary and it’s really thanks to Mr. Angel himself! He was top tier helpful since we pulled in and checked out. Upgrade our room to the nicest room in the building. First room had a few difficulties but the newer room chefs kiss!!! He also assisted us with a discounted dinner pass for the restaurant in hotel. Recommended plenty of places and activities to do in the city. Angel was top tier 10/10 he needs 10 days off full pay!!!! We will always come back to visit Angel he was amazing!! Not to mention the balcony view over the city and pool was the icing on the cake. Angel was beyond perfect!

  My husband and I traveled from ATL, Ga to Dallas, Tx very long car ride very tiring. We finally made it to beautiful hotel to enjoy our anniversary and Angel was beyond perfect!!! He was able to assist with a beautiful upgrade on our room. We got to the room it did have a few difficulties, we called Angel he asked us to come down, when we got to lobby he had new keys and a new room booked and ready! Needless to say this room was beyond an upgrade beautiful balcony view over the city, and the pool. He assisted my husband and I the entire weekend! We all chatted about the FIFA events he was so helpful recommended places for us to tour, eat etc he was beyond a hotel coordinator he legit treated us like family! We will consider this location and Angel every time we travel! We are a military family so we travel a lot and Angel was the best person in hospitality I’ve met in years!!!

  The parking garage is scary. The hotel is in a good location but in the heart of downtown which can be both good and bad. Lotsa different people walking around in front, and just around the corner is the bus station. And you know how bus stations are... Omg we walked that direction one evening, and was approached by someone offering to sell us some drugs. The lobby is appealing to the eye, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were nicely remodeled, but our room had a loud air conditioner and had some stains on the loveseat, as well as a few run down spots. The beds were absolutely amazing and I probably could have laid in bed well past the noon check out time. The pool was small but nice. Sirens every 10 minutes in downtown Dallas we heard as we were in the pool. The breakfast was filling and tasty, with several varieties of breakfast meat to accommodate diets and restrictions. I'll probably come back.
