It is unfortunate when a room is booked prior to going out of town, only to arrive and get told the hotel has cancelled your room. These situations leave people stranded when they followed the procedure and booked a room and confirmed the reservation the same day prior to traveling. This is terrible !! In addition to that, there was no complimentary stay offered or anything for the inconvenience and mishandling of the reservation by the hotel. To tell a customer you are sold out but the room that we had was booked a week prior is insane!!! Even worse when you cancelled it!! I will be looking for the corporate information to email everyone I can. This cannot be how the executives and owners believe their business is being ran.

Had great customer service over the phone when booking, but was completely led onto the wrong information. I’m currently on a 3-day trip across the US for work, and wanted my midpoint to be at a spot with a nice view/pool so I could relax for once. Come to find out the pool is closed due to “weather conditions”?? It is 90 degrees and sunny lol. Oh and parking, have fun spending $20 every time you enter-exit, it’s programmed to be daily only. I asked all of these questions over the phone prior to booking, got the answers to my questions that I was looking for, then ended up getting completely lied too. Extremely disappointed to check in at 1am exhausted, spend $200 and continue to drive for another 8 hours, just to get a ground zero hotel experience. Hopefully partial vouchers are a thing because that’s unacceptable. I NEVER write these reviews because I genuinely feel bad and would rather just move on, but this situation has me a bit upset. Would love to speak with someone if possible!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I drove from Houston to this Downtown Dallas location and due to Mother's Day plans & weather conditions I knew I'd be arriving later that night to the hotel. I placed a courtesy call to the hotel to inform them when I'll be arriving, to which the front desk employee responded that they would make a note of this. When I got to the hotel that evening, almost 11:30PM, service was EXTREMELY slow. I waited almost 30 minutes just to be informed I no longer had a reservation and given MULTIPLE LIES as to what happened: Firstly, the front desk lady told me the wrong reservation day, Saturday, May 9th. My confirmed reservation date was for Sunday, May 10th. Secondly, she said my company credit card was declined upon booking, so how on Earth did I get a confirmation email in the first place? I used the same card to book the hotel and rental car I drove to Dallas in...and there is absolutely no record of my reservation being declined. And if my room was cancelled, why wouldn't they have mentioned that when I placed the courtesy call and they looked up my reservation? They clearly gave my room to someone else and instead of just admitting that mistake, they decided to compound the issue by lying and making it seem like it was something my company or I did. Since I had half an hour to look at my phone, I looked up the past reviews and I can agree wholeheartedly with the negative reviews. Zero accountability and abysmal customer service and wait times. I've never wished for anyone to lose their job, but in this instance I have to say it must be done. I've let everyone in my company know to just look elsewhere, because this place is not it. ZERO stars.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First the bathroom tub is dirty and slippery. The cleaning staff just do the beds and don’t clean at all. No towels for up to 10 hours. The manager or front desk staff take the complaints but do absolutely nothing to help. The car garage key was deactivated on two separate occasions which required me to park the car and go to the front desk. We requested towels one day after the room was done Beds made only, bathroom left filthy hair on the floor and sink, bathtub untouched. Lady said they don’t have bedsheets or towels at 8:30 am. Came back at three still no towels, at 5:30 a cleaning supervisor with a clipboard taking notes said she’ll brings us towels and place them in our beds, was informed that the cleaning was not done. Came back at 9:00 PM No towels. Had to go to the front desk to demand towels. Only had bath towels. Breakfast coffee SUCKS….. it’s watered down

This hotel is in a great location, however it is POOR QUAILITY itself all around. First red flag was once we pulled into the parking garage. It REEKED of urine. Terribly. You can hardly breathe. It was also full of trash/debris everywhere. ALL of the elevator lobby's are in the exact same state. The main lobby is decorated nicely, but was full of over maybe 30 flies chasing each other (to mate). It took over 45 minutes to check in due to the hotel stating I had to use a specific card for the check in fee. After reviewing 3 of my debit cards, they then deemed they could not accept any of them what so ever. Finally the employee stated they could take any card. The problem was the bank would hold my $75 fee for up to 30 days & they refuse to be held accountable for that. (Been over a week and still not refunded) They charge 25 for parking and give you a parking pass however when checking out, if you give the hotel your room cards and parking card they will still charge you 18 TO LEAVE THE GARAGE plus the 25 then blame you for not asking about it before leaving. The windows are filthy. The halls are full of dead bugs. The pool is dirty and the pool area is ran down. The sidewalks turned out feet black. Turned our bath towels black. Desk told us towels were provided for pool. No they were not. Towel rack was full of trash instead like a trash can. We requested new towels that were never given to us. We had to share one clean towel we had left. Font desk service is poor. The afrian american man that works mornings is very rude and disregarding to any issue I brought to his attention. Air quality is poor in and around the hotel. Once home we found my son had a BED BUG BITE under his arm. JUST PITIFUL. Will NEVER take my family back to this place.
