  Bad customer service had to tote all our bags had to walk to the office over 5 times because of no towels in the swimming area no towels in the room but 2 the couch is hard as a rock furniture is out dated the rooms always have a bad smell and the linen is always dirty the night black manger who works at night very rude and very noisy walks around the whole property looking at you instead of stocking up and cleaning up you harass people never will come back and the Hispanic girl that works in the morning lady pick and choose who she interacts with no customer service what so ever

  Pretty common to get your windows busted out here. 4 last night. Glass already in the parking lot from before. Yes my truck was broken into. You should know. We called you the manager of the property but you never called back. Maybe check your messages or ask your staff. 4 cars broken into that night. More earlier that week after talking to people in the lobby. Edited to reply to your save face comment. After more inspection they have had a couple hours in the parking lot to do this. Check your security footage. They were in front of my truck for some time before breaking the window. Even added photo to catch you lying.

  Edit: the first night we stayed when we left for breakfast in the morning, it appeared that 2 vehicles had their windows broken,there was glass in parking lot ,and under our car. Thankfully our car wasn't damaged. I let front desk know & they said they were looking into it,but after we arrived from breakfast the glass still remained in the parking and had not been cleaned up. Also ,although our room was nice and clean ,the ac seemed to struggle a little and not workas well as it should. Nice hotel,not super flashy but clean and in a good area. Pool area is clean and comfortable and inviting. Staff is friendly. +is it is pet friendly. Decent place for the price.

  It was centrally located for what I needed in Dallas with quick access to the interstate. The staff was great. Super friendly and accommodating. The suite was very spacious for my large family. Will definitely come back for a stay again if ever in dallas again
