  Pretty nice place except for the bathroom, which seemed dumpy. Skimpy towels. We had 3 people and only 2 bath towels. I liked the full size fridge. Couch wasn't comfy but I appreciated having it. It was quiet but our room stank of east Asian cooking.

  Really good staff and cold A/C which is always a plus in Texas. Rooms and facility could stand for updating. Although sink received hot water, could only get slightly above luke warm in shower. Probably due to old fixtures. All in all good 👍

  This hotel is at a great location. Very close to the airport and they offer shuttle service. Also, very close to the express way for easy access to get where you need to go. The reciptionist was pleasant as well with scheduling the shuttle and getting us our room with ease. However, the room (Rm. 138) wasn't that great. We loved the kitchnette and the overall set up of the room BUT the room had cob webs and spiders 🕷 😳 😬 underneath the sink, next the nightstand, in the closet (which the door would not shut on this closet). The corners of the wall had some blue substance on it and black tape. Also, the creaking from the guest walking around upstairs didn't make it easy to get rest. With the overall cleanliness of the room and the creaking, not sure if the price we paid was worth it. It was giving "motel" vibes.

  I truly have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars very misleading because it is very ghetto. There’s people in here doing laundry that aren’t even guest in the hotel taking up all the washers and dryers. It took us hours to even be able to wash our clothes. The entrances are dirty with trash and leafs everywhere. Our room was clearly not cleaned thoroughly there were used wipes of some sort all in a drawer when I told the front desk he offered me gloves to clean them and said sorry….the shower hardly works to be able to control the temperature of the water. The blankets and mattresses are stained with I’m not sure what but looks like blood. Just make sure you read all the reviews before you stay here it’s very dirty.

  Do not stay here. They have bed bugs. Only good thing about the hotel was the guy at the front desk was kind and helpful. When I went and told him I wanted to be refunded for our room, he got it taken care of and sent over to the manager. He said that’ll I’ll get a refund and “probably a bunch of points.” Which would have been nice considering the fact we travel here for my son’s medical care and the inconvenience of having to find a new room at 8pm and pay for it before receiving a refund was quite stressful. Got my refund, no points.
