  One of the AC units went out in our room, and the staff offered to give us another room or fix it the following day, so we were very pleased with their service.

  I want very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I understand it's an extended stay hotel and regular housekeeping isn't always available, but some things need addressed. The mold in the rooms and laundry facility were bad. The hallways and stairwells smelled badly. Overall I didn't like it. Also, my room wasn't stocked very well. I had no silverware. 2 butter knives and a serving spoon was all I had. No toaster, no dish rags or towels, and no dishwasher detergent.

  The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. This place has a cozy enclosed outside pool, a workout room, laundry room, a snack hub for those midnight snack temptations, and free shuttles. Customer service along with the shuttle drivers are friendly and courteous. It's convenient to many great restaurants, hospitals, and downtown Dallas. It's been a home away from home.

  This turned out to be exactly what I needed. The service and staff are wonderful. My room was unassuming but spacious and very clean. The cupboard is well supplied. My only concern had to do with the lack of food places available near the hotel. However, the shuttle does take people to nearby restaurants (within - few miles.) I flew into Love Field and the shuttle was a great ammenity.

  **MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CONTACT ME ASAP ABOUT THIS. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!** My wife is a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines and her hub is in Dallas, Texas. She and I have routinely stayed at this hotel because it’s close to the airport where she works, and it has been an affordable option. Months ago she tells me of an interaction she had with an employee named Derrick was very unprofessional with her and talked to her as if he knew her directly. Because of the unprofessional interaction and his complete rudeness to her, I spoke to management and days later drove from where I live to Dallas to talk to the managers David and Dave about the experience and how this employee needs to reprimanded and he does not need to talk to my wife in any matter. I was told by management that it was not acceptable and I was told that they would take care of the situation with this employee. Fast-forward to today. My wife is staying at this hotel before she has to go to work, and she encounters this same employee when she was downstairs doing laundry, saying to her “your husband tried to get me fired, and he drove from where you all live to the hotel to talk to the managers, and my manager said that I did the right thing. “My wife responded to him and said that we are not trying to get anyone fired, but that we are addressing his rude behavior. She calls me very upset by the incident, and I call the hotel and speak to him and tell him that he is not to talk to my wife in any manner whatsoever and on the phone he hangs up on me. I called the hotel back and I tell him don’t hang up on me and he will not be disrespectful to me or my wife and this will be the last time we stay at this hotel, and he says don’t call this hotel again and hangs up the phone on me. Trust and believe I am taking this issue up with their corporate offices. The hotel’s management team of David and Dave have always been professional to me and my wife, but if they hire and maintain employees like Derrick that can talk to my wife or anyone as if he knows them or as if there are some history with them, then my wife and I will no longer stay at this hotel. I will not deal with harassment of any kind against those in my family, and I hope that someone from management or corporate reads this and contact me ASAP.
