  The rooms are clean and well-equipped with hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, lotions; fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. But the water pressure is not great and the beds are almost comically high off the ground -my only complaints. (Could be an accessibility concern for some) Plenty of options for food within a couple miles and just far enough away from the main drag to be quiet. Staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in, very helpful with suggestions for dinner. The air conditioner kicked on right away and cooled the room down within minutes.

  This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. This is probably how the hotel staff can be so rude and unaccommodating and get away with it. I am staying here 6 weeks and they have lost packages and refused to provide any services. Their front desk staff will not leave the front desk to bring any items requested to the room. The first time I asked for a light bulb because a lamp was burnt out in the room they said they don't have a key for the maintenance room to get a light bulb. 3 weeks later it still isn't fixed. Worst service in a hotel of any brand, including ihg, ever!!!

  Brand new hotel just out of town. So new that it was still under construction, so room and hallways smelled of plumbing pipe glue. No cable tv, because high winds knocked out the satellite. News flash it gets windy in Texas, the new satellite equipment should be designed for those conditions. Room was nice but pricey.

  I arrived around 5pm today n check in, being a hotel right by the highway, l wasn't sure if my room was away or close to the road. It was close, so l went down stairs to request that l be moved to the other end. The front desk persons first lie to me was that they were soldout tonight, just check your app n it clearly says that you have rooms available. The second lie was that Holiday Inn express just doesn't changes you out of one room to another, hotels will move you to another room if that's what you as the guest request. HILTONS, MARRIOTTS n other IGH properties do it all the time, eitherway ill not soon forget the treatment l received from this horrible person @ this property n definitely will not be staying at anymore Holiday Inn expresses. Ill be more than happy to pay more $$ at other properties and be treated correctly by the staff then what l received from you!!! I do hope that you have a fallback career plan because honestly as a inn keeper, hopefully you're days are numbered Lady!!!
