  Absolutely terrible! I contacted them and had some of the worst experiences with service. They repeatedly referred to me as "ma'am" even though I'm clearly a guy. These people need to do much better with service and professionalism and I look forward to writing a long COMPLAINT against this location.

  The only thing is the train noise comes 2/3 times in the night. This is the train town.

  Solid place to stay the night for a road trip. The staff were friendly and professional. There is a railroad nearby with frequent traffic. It's didn't bother me until it woke up the baby, but if you're a light sleeper you should know. If you find a good deal online book there because they will not price match at the counter.

  I was greeted by an extremely friendly and very helpful person to check us in to our room. All of the staff we met were very friendly & welcoming. The hotel is across the street from the railroad tracks. So the trains are very noisy when you're outside. Complimentary ear plugs are offered at the front desk. Once we were in our room, we couldn't hear the train noise loud enough to bother any of us and we slept well without ear plugs. We're not heavy sleepers, either. The breakfast is typical Best Western fare. Nothing fancy or special about it. Accordning to the menu sign, the breakfast changes daily. The swimming pool looked as if it had been filled in recently as the pool cleaning tools were still hanging on the wall. In it's place is some patio furniture. I can't tell you how the other rooms are, but our room on the 1st floor across from the 'pool' was quiet enough that we didn't even hear the trains go by. And the evening staff are incredible.

  The reviews about the trains are accurate, there are many, tho they are not excessively loud, you can see them from your window and you can hear them. Not a deal breaker for me, but if you're a light sleeper, this isn't a good hotel for you. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good, but the parking lot is small and the bathrooms are INSANELY small. You can touch every wall sitting on the throne and you basically have to sit on the toilet or climb in the shower to shut the door. Good place to crash for an ok price.
