  Shoutout to Kristi at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind during my whole stay! I stayed here for three nights for work, and I enjoyed the whole experience. There was a really nice pool and outside patio, and I had freezing-cold AC in my room (a must-have when it’s 100 degrees outside). There were lots of great options for breakfast as well. The elevator wasn’t working, but that’s not a big deal when there are only three floors. Thanks for making my stay a great one!

  $220 dollars. . . Restroom floor FULL of hair and dirt upon arrival, so no telling how the carpet was, remote has no batteries, TV did not work after batteries replaced ( stayed on error screen). Employee came to fix, did not fix it, so no TV at all. Will not return. It used to be nice, it has been run down in recent years! Smh. Elevators down as well.

  I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Crockett, Texas, at 4:00 p.m., but unfortunately my room was not ready. Since I was attending a family reunion, I left and returned to the hotel around 10:00 p.m., at which time I was finally given a room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. However, my overall experience was disappointing because the elevator was not working, and there was no hot water. These are basic amenities that guests should be able to expect, especially after a long day of travel and activities. While the room was nice, the lack of a working elevator and hot water significantly affected my stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

  Rating 2 stars because I’ve previously had no issues with this hotel!! I stayed at this hotel last night (6/25/26) with my mom, my toddler, and my newborn. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:30 & the lady was extremely rude to my mother about it & to the others in the lobby. The elevator is also out of order. We had a ton of stuff since my two kids were staying with us & staff offered no help. They gave us no heads up regarding the elevator or room delay & refused a refund or any discount. Of course, we were expected to be out by 11.

  I have been trying to reach the hotel manager, Sabrina, regarding my vehicle being broken into during my stay this past weekend and I have received no response. I have called multiple times and spoken with several agents. Most recently, I spoke with Christy, who was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. My concerns regarding this serious incident have not been addressed and the lack of communication from management has been very disappointing. My vehicle was broken into and several personal items were stolen. I expected better customer service and follow-up regarding a matter of this nature.
