I had low expectations for this property after reading previous reviews. I am happy to say that my experience at this property was great. My room was a standard king room on the third floor away from the road. • The front desk employee was super friendly and professional at check-in. • The elevator worked perfectly (previous reviews reported it out of service). • The HVAC system worked great. • There was ample hot water in the shower. • The bathroom, though clean, showed signs of wear and tear (thus the 4* rating for the room). • The tv (DirectTv) was large and included some HBO movie channels. • My room was quiet and I heard no road noise. (3rd floor away from road) • DoorDash is available for delivery to the room. My food arrived super quick. • There was a microwave and fridge in the room. • Ample USB charging ports on both sides of the bed. This property was a breath of fresh air for my trip. I will return.

Unfortunately, our stay did not begin on a positive note. Upon arrival, we learned that the elevators were not working, and we had to carry all our luggage to our third-floor room. The room remained at 75°F throughout the afternoon and part of the evening, only reaching 71°F near midnight. The refrigerator also froze and spoiled most of the food we brought. On a positive note, maintenance responded promptly, inspected the issues, and arranged for us to move to another room. The maintenance, front-desk, and housekeeping staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. Although the service was excellent, the hotel needs better upkeep. Considering the price, broken elevators and poorly maintained rooms are unacceptable.

Shoutout to Kristi at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind during my whole stay! I stayed here for three nights for work, and I enjoyed the whole experience. There was a really nice pool and outside patio, and I had freezing-cold AC in my room (a must-have when it’s 100 degrees outside). There were lots of great options for breakfast as well. The elevator wasn’t working, but that’s not a big deal when there are only three floors. Thanks for making my stay a great one!

$220 dollars. . . Restroom floor FULL of hair and dirt upon arrival, so no telling how the carpet was, remote has no batteries, TV did not work after batteries replaced ( stayed on error screen). Employee came to fix, did not fix it, so no TV at all. Will not return. It used to be nice, it has been run down in recent years! Smh. Elevators down as well.
