  DO NOT STAY HERE!! Unless all you need is a bed to sleep in. Only ok thing is that it was 15 mins away from the beach. It is NOT up to BW standards compared to other locations I’ve stayed at. When I checked in the man at the counter seemed bothered, had bad customer service, and didn’t share details about amenities. He didn’t mention where the laundry was at, details about when breakfast was served, or offered me a receipt. Literally nothing! I asked if he could attach my rewards account to my stay and he dismissed me. The room had a weird smell and felt empty like the place had been robbed. The walls didn’t even have the commercial framed art, just holes/nails in the wall where the frames should be. We found a dead roach by the bed, and the sheets were stained. There was a big mirror screwed in to what I assume is the frame of the closet which seemed weird. There was no hangers or really any hooks to hang our wet clothes. They only had a fabric shower curtain that smelled bad and there was weird residue on the shower walls from when it was cleaned. The lighting was AWFUL, there were only fluorescent bulbs. You can tell whoever owns this hotel doesn’t care about standards at all. They only place tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner which isn’t enough for one person in my family (we all have long thick hair). I went to ask for more at the front desk and two men were lounging in the waiting area, one being the employee. He kindly agreed to get me more products but had me walk with him outside to the storage area, which was very strange. He didn’t bother to look at what he was handing me so I ended up with a ton of conditioner and one bottle of shampoo. We didn’t even try to see about breakfast— we just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Not worth the value they charge.

  🫩 i wouldn't come back to this place i fear. the pillows in the bedrooms are oddly small for some reason. the door to the bathroom in my room is broken and doesn't work. internet isn't very reliable and I've just resorted to using my own phone data instead also the fact there's multiple instances where I've gone to shower and there's bugs in the tub. yuck. no thank you even the breakfast they serve in mornings is not great; extremely dry potatoes and eggs, a singular wafflemaker to share, and the juice dispenser doesn't even give orange juice....

  Absolutely the WORST HOTEL TO EVER STAY AT! Mold everywhere. They PAINTED OVER IT. The pull out bed was horrible had mold, holes, & it even had a HUGE ROACH. Also there is small roaches INSIDE THE ROOM. Blood stains on the floor. It smelt disgusting as soon as you walked into the room. The employees are very unprofessional especially the male worker had the audacity to laugh in my face when we asked him for A REFUND & showed him the state of the room and mattress. Called to get the status of my refund apparently they can’t find my booking. Have been taking to multiple employees since on my vacation they keep telling me that the manager will be here “ tomorrow “ never shows up. The first guy that laughed in my face wanted to charge me and additional 30$ to move us rooms. Only wanted to issue partial refund even though we didn’t stay there at all. Couldn’t even walk outside the HUGE ROACHES were crawling everywhere and on our doors. Very unprofessional overall.Not what i expected from A BEST WESTERN HOTEL. Should be called “ WORST WESTERN HOTEL “

  No complaints the best western served it's purpose we laundered, rested and were safe.Place is older and could use some upgrades but the lady at the front desk was absolutely great very accommodating freewasher dryer available older but works.If your just looking for some rest and a limited complementary breakfast can't go wrong.
