  Our stay was very disappointing. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, the room was dirty, and there was a strong smell of marijuana. The bathroom also had visible mold, which was especially concerning. There were cups left on the stairs when we arrived, and they were still there when we left, making it seem like the common areas were not being properly cleaned or maintained. There was something smeared on the floor and debris in the drawers. Had we not arrived so late at night, we would have looked for different accommodations. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, we felt stuck with the room we had. Overall, the condition of the room and property did not meet reasonable expectations, and we would not stay here again.

  Terrible experience, I do not recommend it at all! ​We stayed for 5 days at this hotel and everything was a disaster. To start with, the television didn't work; they moved us to another room and the television didn't work there either. ​To top it all off, they unfairly kept our $100 deposit. I was calling every day for a week and the excuse was always that the manager wasn't there. In the end, they came up with the absurd excuse that they wouldn't return the money because the "room was dirty"—when cleaning is the hotel staff's responsibility, not the guests'! I had to clean the room myself and constantly ask for towels, since they didn't even change our sheets during the entire stay. ​Furthermore, it is unacceptable that a hotel that claims to be family-friendly does not even have a first aid kit. My son hurt his head and they weren't even capable of offering us a band-aid, bandages, or disinfectant; they simply told us to go find a pharmacy on our own. ​Terrible service, zero professionalism, and a total lack of hygiene and safety. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

  Was nice and clean. Smelled a little weird . But nice. Pool was also nice .

  I stayed here for work and noticed there were German roaches in the bathroom on my second night and had rush out that night it was a horrible experience I then called the staff and all they told me was the exterminator comes weekly. Did not try to make it right what so ever so please take your business elsewhere she shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal
