  Let me start by saying that the room was a great set up and loved the laundry room BUT every night an overwhelming sewer smell took over outside and even more so inside the hotel. It made my family sick and we ended up sleeping in our vehicle. We left two nights early and cut our trip short due to this experience. I had to drive back overnight to Dallas and it was not ideal. I will NEVER stay at this location or anywhere near here again. The staff was okay but there was zero management or maintenance and they offered zero help. They just said sorry but there’s a sewer plant near by.

  Made reservation 2 weeks in advance. When I get to the hotel, not only did I not get the rate that I booked, i also did not get the room I booked. As IHG member you're able to set your preferences in the app. No elevators, and no first floors. It's set in my preferences. I stayed thirty days at a time for work. My rate was $20 higher a day then quote it at checkout. I was also told I booked a king suite, that's not what I was given on check in. Stayed here multiple times with multiple problems. Air conditioners leaking on floors and this is the 2 time I was give different room than book. Also had stuff stolen out of my truck and was told By management that they didn't have cameras, because they didn't want the liability. Would not recommend this hotel i've also found on check-in stuff still in the refrigerator and garbage not took out On a room that they say is ready. Tonight I dealt with a girl that says she's only done this for 2 days at the front counter. Watched, many people have the same problem I did. So I got a refund and left.

  I stayed at Staybridge Suites College Station for a couple of weeks while working in the area. I was initially disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate my request for a top-floor room due to ongoing renovations - I seem to have the worst luck with noisy upstairs neighbors! However, my third-floor room turned out to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was great overall, especially Larry and Laura. The manager, Anthony Aguilera, was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of parking and is conveniently located next to Panera Bread, Chipotle, and Wings ’N More. The Wi-Fi is strong, the lobby computer is fast, and the washers and dryers are free to use, which is rare and especially helpful during an extended stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning is excellent, and having free coffee available 24/7 is another great perk. This is a great place to stay, and I would definitely return.

  Decent room, nice staff, good breakfast. Pet owners, be advised that you’re charged an extra, non-refundable $75 for pets. This is not obvious when booking a room, or at least it wasn’t to me. I was expecting $150 for one night, that’s what I signed for, and then a $225 charge hit my card after checkout. I didn’t understand why so I emailed about the perceived discrepancy, and received no response.

  MR LARRY AND MS PATTY are super attentive, friendly, and JUST AWESOME!! Any problems i may have or questions that needs to be addressed MR LARRY IS PERFECT! Great customer service reps!! Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as u have!! ☺️
