  Of all the places I have been, this Hotel has the cleanest rooms, and the best service I have ever encountered. The Front Desk staff (especially Amber) have all been very kind and helpful. The Head Chef, Silvia, not only provided meals so delicious that they could only be described as culinary art, but did so in such a timely fashion I didn't have time to notice a waiting period. Francisco Perez, the Food and Beverage Director, was so affable that meeting him for the first time was like reconnecting with an old friend. One could tell that he loves his job, and that passion is passed down to his employees, as evidenced by the kindness shown by Gabby, who also presented herself in a manner reflecting the highest professionalism and friendliness, and by Farrell, who went out of her way to ensure every aspect of my meal was perfect, and whose warm and genuine demeanor made me feel like a truly welcomed and valued guest, not just a customer. I came here after a job injury, and this entire staff has not only taken a vested interest in providing a comfortable and professional environment in which to recover and recenter, but has made me feel like I am part of their circle of friends. It is refreshing to be in a place where the entire staff reflects a genuine passion for the job they do, and do their jobs very well. Thank you for giving me the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel, and know you have earned a loyal customer when I travel for work or pleasure to Channelview in the future.

  Chef Silvia is the best cook ever i could not have asked for someone better her food is amazing always fresh hot always good hot meals in the morning always Real polite, very clean and respectful she is very hard working. The food is seasoned to perfection I love it

  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Roland, the manager here. He genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of, and you can tell he actually cares about the people staying here. He’s always been professional, friendly, and willing to help with whatever is needed. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and having a manager like Roland really makes a difference. He’s a great representation of what good hospitality should look like, and Holiday Inn Channelview is lucky to have him. Definitely deserves some recognition. 5 STARS!

  I’ve got to give a shout out to Frank. The guy was everywhere. He was cooking, taking orders, helping customers, and still had a great attitude the whole time. Even with how busy it was, he made sure everyone was taken care of. You don’t see people work that hard very often anymore. If I owned this place, I’d do everything I could to keep him around. He made the whole experience better. Thanks again, Frank. You earned these 5 stars. Not sure why my last review was deleted! Give the man his flowers🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Will be booking here consistently.

  Shoaib was a very kind , and helpful man. Assisted with everything i requested without hesitation. Hes a good worker at this job. Can't wait to see him owen his own hotels
