- CHChelsey Harris3 days ago1.0Our room was filthy they refused a refund and we ended up having to drive home Instead of staying for our reserved 2 nights. Dog hair all over the room. Hair in the shower , dust and crumbs and sticky residue all over the furniture and carpet. But yet they kept my money even though the man at the front t desk said we would be refunded. Reply to 9.2.26-First off, I do not appreciate you deflecting and trying to make it sound as if I am trying to get any benefit from reviews , Nor do I appreciate you stating untrue facts about my reviews. As you can see from my review of the Hampton Inn of Muskogee Oklahoma 5 stars and I raved about the cleanliness and staff. Nor did I say your employees treated me indifferent in any way. The man at the front desk looked at the pictures of my room and apologized for the lack of cleanliness and said I would not be billed for the 2nd night as we were not staying due to the filth we didn't see when we came in late the night before after our long drive. I gave up on getting a refund for the night we did not stay , from your establishment a week ago but felt people deserved to know about the issues we had since you are the only hotel in that town. It's ok, no hard feelings we will be traveling to the chandler area every other weekend for the foreseeable future since my grandchildren moved there but no worries I would rather travel from Taylor or Athens than to ever darken your doorstep again. But Sir the pictures no matter how hard you try to demean me or my character do not lie.

Fitness center is hot and they don’t care. I have an important meeting and had take an uber to Starbucks. The place is outdated and I would stay there. I am a travel agent and will not recommend any Best westerns from now on.
