  Stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Greate location, clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and nice complimentary breakfast. Ideal for short or extended visits—highly recommended!

  Matt was above amazing and accommodating. The rooms are clean, fresh, and so big. We are always going to stay here as we come up for different events!

  What a terrible experience. The manager refuses to follow the law regarding service dogs, and treats its guests terribly.

  The room was spacious and the a/c felt great. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa sleeper. My two kids and I slept really well. It was nice to have a kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Also, as a sports mom, we were very thankful for the free use of the washer and dryer to wash my daughter’s uniforms. There is even a laundry basket in each room in the top of the closet. It was such a nice unexpected bonus to transport our clothes to/from the laundry room. Oh and the pool was clean and very refreshing. There were no pool towels outside when we got to the pool but after I texted the front desk about it someone was out within minutes with a big stack of fresh towels. We had two big issues during our stay: 1. There were no ice machines throughout the hotel. We were staying there as it was close to where my daughter’s soccer tournament was. When we checked in we needed to fill up her water bottle with ice water for her 5pm game in 100 degree temps. We were told there were no ice machines on the floors and that each room has a full size freezer with and ice machines. It did have an ice machine but upon check in the ice machines are switched to the off position so they do not make ice unless you turn it on. Normally you could get ice at the soda machine in the breakfast area but it was out of order on Saturday. So they had us take her water bottle to the kitchen area where someone had to chip away at ice in an ice machine to fill up her water bottle. It was very inconvenient all the way around. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel where we didn’t have direct access to an ice machine. We switched on our ice maker in our room so it would make ice overnight but the sound of ice cubes being dropped from the ice maker into the tray all night was really loud. Nonetheless we left it on as she had another game Sunday morning. 2. My son and I went down to breakfast at 815am Sunday morning. We ate and most stuff looked like it was well stocked. I used the last of the syrup in the jug after making my waffle. We went back upstairs and woke my daughter up. She asked us to go down at about 915am to get her a plate of food as she was getting ready for her tournament. There were no eggs, no potatoes, hardly any fruit, the syrup was still empty, and there were a lot of people down there. So we decided to wait 15-20 minutes to check again as surely they would be refilling the main items with as busy as it was. Nope. They never added anymore. Very frustrating. I would understand if it was 945am and we went down there as breakfast was ending at 10am. But this was ridiculous. My daughter did not get to eat much at all before her game. The hotel was overall nice and the staff were all very friendly. If we return to the area for another soccer tournament I don’t think I would stay at this particular hotel for the reasons listed above. If ice and breakfast are not important to you then the hotel was a great place to stay.

  I truly enjoy staying here almost weekly for business. The front desk staff are fantastic.
