  This is my first time in 42 years of living I have taken the time to comment on anything online, but my stay here compelled me to do so. I travel a lot for work and always stay at Holiday Inn Express if possible because desks come standard in every room and I have to do a fair bit of after-hours computer work. This Holiday Inn Express was the standard Holiday Inn Express experience as far as the facility was concerned, but I think nobody ever told the staff here that it is just a Holiday Inn Express because the customer service was better than any 5 star hotel I've ever stayed at. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Even the housekeepers greeted me when they saw me and asked if there was anything they could do for me. It didn't feel scripted or like they were begrudgingly following company policy, it truly seemed like every staff member I encountered was genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. If I'm ever anywhere near this area again I'm definitely staying here.

  We had an excellent experience! The service staff was friendly and attentive; the room was very nice, well-maintained, well-lit, had a nice view, and had a number of nice extras like bathroom tile flooring and an extra-wide shower; the breakfast was one of the best included hotel breakfasts we have ever had, with a wonderful variety of options. Highly recommended!

  I enjoyed 2 clean fluffy cooled well accomodated nights in the Cedar Park TX location. Thank you so much to the sweet little chick that knew where to find a safety pin. You saved the day!!!🥳 The other chick should watch her tone💩

  Very disappointed with the customer service at checkout today. I was calmly and politely trying to explain a concern about my reservation, but the lady at the service desk had an extremely unpleasant attitude and was not helpful at all. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially when simply asking for clarification. Management should really work on improving professionalism and customer service at the front desk. The only ones that were actually nice & respectful were the ladies that clean the rooms.

  Had a great weekend stay here for a weekend event. Easy freeway access, plenty around and nicely maintained. Dan, the breakfast attendant deserves special recognition . I stay in a lot of hotels and I can say I have never seen anyone take care of a breakfast area the way he does. The food was always well stocked, the counters wiped spotless, everything organized etc. when he wasn’t stocking, he was sweeping and emptying trash. Can’t say enough about Dan!
