  I was absolutely shocked to find mold on the beds my family was going to sleep on. Apparently it's a known issue to the hotel but not to the guests. The front desk clerk was very kind and apologetic about it but I am appalled that knowing they have mold issues they don't check the rooms they're about to let guests stay in.

  Do. Not. Stay. I woke up the first morning and found two dried blood stains on the underside of the hotel bed blanket...next to my chest. I wasn't bleeding, and I didn't have any wounds. Then I realized the blood was there from a previous guest, and the linens were not changed. I reported the issue to the front desk when I left at 7 am...and I struggled to keep decency and decorum. It was logged in the book as a problem. I came back to the hotel at 7 pm. The room was untouched and the blood was still on the blanket. I no longer felt the obligation to act with complete decorum. I went to the front desk. I didn't rage, but I was obviously very upset. I asked for another room. They say they're sold out. (But, there are rooms available on the IHG APP for this hotel. Hmmmm). I asked for new sheets...and took them to my room. Then realized I was being too kind. I reported the unsanitary conditions to Williamson County Public Health and IHG Corporate. I then went to the front desk to check out and go to another hotel. I was 2 feet away from the desk and softly lobbed the key cards on the desk top and told the desk clerk I was checking out. They slid off the counter and landed on her work area. She perceived that I threw them at her and told me as much. I explained/mildly apologized that I didn't intend to throw them. They slid off the counter and fell. She seemed to not believe me, so I added, "if you walked into your hotel room and found bloody sheets, you would be pretty close to where I am right now." I walked out. I'm demanding a refund.

  Staff is untrained, front desk, and rude! I came to check in at 240pm (check in 3pm) and was told there was no rooms clean and ready to go. When I questioned this she became annoyed and said check in was not till 3pm anyway. She also stated, several times, she did not work here and she did not understand how the system worked. Why would someone be here to work a front desk and not no how to do it. She then stated I had to wait until the next desk person arrived to check in. REALLY??? I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE. Holiday Inn right in front of this building

  BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL I paid for my stay through Expedia and clearly indicated that I would be traveling with my service dog. When I arrived, the woman who assisted me, Kassandra, tried to charge me additional money without giving me a clear reason. I left the hotel and went out to the lake. While I was there, I received more than 5 alerts from my bank showing attempts to charge my card. I had not authorized those charges, and the hotel never called me, notified me, or explained that they were going to charge anything additional. My bank immediately alerted me to the attempted transactions, which I did not authorize. I’m sharing my experience so other guests can be careful and closely monitor their bank accounts and card activity if they stay here. The employee who assisted me was named Kassandra.
