My wife was initially told there were no rooms available, so she booked a suite through Expedia under my name and somehow a room became available. We paid about $226 for the room. (One night) Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found roaches, mold on the walls, and a strong musty smell. Even more concerning, the room door wasn’t properly secured—it could be opened by simply pushing it without even using the key card. The next morning, we also had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member during breakfast, which prompted us to finally speak with management. I do want to recognize the management team. They listened to our concerns, treated us with respect, handled everything professionally, and refunded the full cost of our stay. That level of customer service made all the difference. While the room conditions clearly need attention, and we would not stay here again, the way management took ownership of the situation is why I’m leaving a 5-star review. Thank you for making things right and we trust that you will bring in pest control like you mentioned and take care of the mold issue.
