Rooms: Cleaner than most IHG 2 star hotels. The pillows were great. The AC is not efficient though, we woke up multiple times as it was hotter than usual even if settings were at 68F and high fan. I like that there is no bath tub but I really wish bidets are a thing here in the US. The floor seem to be ‘moving’ near the door entrance, so not sure if this is a symptom of structural issue? The elevator jerks when going up from 1st floor. Service: Breakfast was decent and front desk was efficient and polite Location: Literally on a straight road to Palo Duro Canyon (10 mins drive east). Near city centre, quiet area surrounded by other budget hotels

We had a great stay, and, so far, is the best hotel we've stayed at. The front desk attendant was wonderful and sweet, and all the employees were super helpful. The location was also great, as it was very close to downtown. It was a great place to stop on our trip to see the Palo Duro Canyon.

We will not be back to this hotel. Not worth your money, better to stay all the way in Amarillo and drive the 15 minutes.

Front desk is horrible!!! I’ve been in hospitality for over 10 years & if front desk is left alone they’re trained to fix issues when they arise! The AC in the room we were given was not cooling & the front desk was 1, rude! & 2, had no training on how to fix the issue! She could have switched our rooms instead she said WE(the guests) had to fix the issue ourselves!!! Horrible service!!
