  We booked for the pool and when arrived it was out if order. I asked for a refund and cancelation so I could book next door where their pool was in service and was told no refund! Then maybe dont advertise the indoor pool!

  Booked a room back in July for my wife and kid that were passing through. Pics and reviews looked promising. Family arrived late at night to one staff member working the check-in. After 5 separate attempts to key a card that would access the room, the staff member was unsuccessful. No other options appeared to be available, as the staff member seemed unable to provide a remedy. Family had driven 14 hours, it was almost 1am, and they were forced to go down the street to book another hotel. I spent 2 months trying to rectify this matter. At the time of this purchase the site location had no clear management chain, refused to refund my money due to their inability to provide me with proper service. Said they would get back to me multiple times and never did. They have no identified means to communicate via email, so that a documented thread could be reduced to writing. The person I spoke to multiple times stated the owner lived out of the country, and they only communicated with him via email. They would not give me that email. I’m still baffled by all of this. I filed a dispute with my bank and they are claiming that this purchase was valid, likely based on the fact that this location has continually failed to take ownership of this shortcoming even though they verbally acknowledged it while on the phone. I even contacted BW corporate and filed a complaint. They have also failed to resolve this issue. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. I’m out $167 for a room I couldn’t get into and I have a business acting as if I no-showed. It’s wild.

  Great location for West Texas A&M or Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Good breakfast and nice employees.

  This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at anywhere, the rooms are extremely clean and spacious, the staff are super friendly and attentive , I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area !!!!
