    I've stayed here for a little over 8 months straight. Customer Service was absolutely wonderful and refreshing. From Max all the way down the the cleaning ladies! The bacon was awesome and my room was cleaned daily with no issues! Definitely will be back, Thanks Holiday Inn Burlenson TEAM!

    Been living in hotels for the past month and this place makes you feel like you’re at home. Shirley, is an amazing woman (she deserves a raise). Robert goes out of his way for you and always has a smile on his face. Then the kitchen staff for the hotel breakfast is top notch. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Hash browns and the little potatoes bites they put out are crispy and well done. Tastes like Arby’s curly fries (no cap). Had a great experience here. Highly recommend staying here. God bless.

    Looking at the reviews that this hotel has, it seems that it has a trend of issues with bad customer service. Perhaps, I should have looked at the reviews before booking my stay at this hotel at different weeks within the months of March and April. I stayed here because of the proximity of the project that I was Managing and because of my Platinum Elite Membership that I have with IHG. Before the hotel Management states that there is no record of me staying there, as in other reviews that I have read, or before they state that there is confusion with the guests and put the blame on the customers rather than owning the behavior issue they have in house, I want to communicate to other potential customers the terrible customer service and how they asked me to check-out early because of 3 concerns that I brought up. When we got there, the hotel had upgraded my room of which I appreciated. I noticed that the elevator was not functioning and had to be recalled to the 2nd floor by the front desk every time I needed an elevator from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor by calling them each time and waiting for them to recall the elevator to the second floor when they had time to do so or take the stairs. For me, at this time the stairs were an issue because I had an injury to my kneed and could not be going up and down the stairs. I had asked if they could find a room on the first floor of which they stated that they would look for one and guess when I asked again for them it meant complaining. The second issue was that there was no hot water only warm water the first day and when I brought this concern, I am assuming this also added this added in their role as "Management" as complaining. The third issue was the door was latching when we would swipe our card to go in and even when the door was closed, the door was loose and we also brought this issue up and I guess they did not like that we were bringing these things up to them. They did send out a person of which they called the maintenance person, but I felt sorry for the person, he looked like he was in his 80s could barely understand what he was saying as he could not communicate properly. When I showed him what was wrong with the door, he tried to replace the latch and I stopped him because I had to explain to him that the latch was not the issue. He then stated that the issue was another part that they did not have on hand to fix the door. You can see the issue of the door in the video attached. When the hotel sent out a text message of how I would rate my stay so far, I gave them a low rating, and they did not like that and to my surprise they decided to ask me to check out early because of this and they also stated that because they could not accommodate me and because they believed I was not happy with them, I had to check out the following day. They also accused me of bringing up my upgrade everyday of which this was false since I had only brought this up once and I was good with the initial upgrade since I understood that if there was no availability. I did not understand Shirley's comment of me bringing up the upgrade issue on a couple of occasions and I let her know that this was not the case as well. The good thing is that as an Engineering Manager, I am able to stay at other hotels nearby and wherever I want since as a customer I can take my business elsewhere. Overall, the customer service at this hotel is terrible and would not recommend it to anyone with family or for business travelers. Seems that most of their customers are truck drivers from what I could see. The actual rooms are ok and the hotel is located in an area where there are a lot of restaurants and stores to shop.

    Buen hotel. El desayuno es muy bueno, hay café americano disponible las 24 horas de excelente calidad. Hay lavadoras, pero presentaron falla y falta una guía rapida de uso. El elevador requiere mantenimiento.

    The hotel is doing its best but can’t get more than 3 stars. Our room had trash on the floor when we arrived. We asked for top floor away from elevator and received 2nd floor next to elevator and they said there was nothing they can do. The staff started to communicate via text then stopped. They tried but can’t give it more than 3 stars.
