  Minimum ecxpectations for a hotel are a quiet bed, wifi and breakfast. Our bathroom door would not close. There were nail clippings in one bed. The beds squeaked on a metal frame when you move. NO WiFi the entire stay and I was with kids and had my work computer with me. And the pancake machine at breakfast did not work. Literally everything was broken. Unacceptable.

  Nice enough hotel. Nothing fancy. Clean, friendly service. Our room was clean but had a horrible smell, like ammonia. Gave me a headache and stuffy head the next day. Fix that smell and I'll give you more stars

  Just for a starters the whole Glass shower door Fell on my husband. The maintenance on this hotel is terrible, doors don't shut properly. Not clean we endured 2 days of this place the final straw was the door causing my husband head trauma and the Hotel GM Karen Martinez solution was to switch to another room. The hotel concierge was sweet and very apologetic but her GM Karen not so much. This place is a dump if you need a quick stay to get to your next location stay at your own risk. Bryan the hotel sales manager was helpful enough to provide a email when we called the next day. He was already aware of the situation but not much was done. Be careful if you stay here especially if you have children

  Expectations not met, Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was cold, however room door did not lock, bathroom was very run down: hand soap and lotions pumps were 5ft above lavatory counter, counter was terribly installed and held by drywall screws on both side, visible, as no effort to do a professional install was made, this is a great safety concern and a huge liability, days away from a guest getting injured, on tha bath tub... faucet leaked permanently, curtain rod was installed 12 inches too high, also terribly installed, this seemingly inconvenient is also a great liability, as water pools from the curtain not able to protect sides as guests shower, this is a slip risk also asking for a lawsuit. Finally, door stop was bent at some point, now the towel hook behind the door has pierced through thw drywall. Overall facility is run down, not what I expect from a holiday inn chain hotel.

  We enjoyed our stay the staff was wonderful if we had an issue/question they were happy to help, the breakfast is awesome, we loved our room it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location has a few options in the same parking lot to eat from and 2 different coffee places plenty of places close by to eat out plus a walmart right down the road
