  First time customers. The room mostly seemed clean, but there appears to be a moisture management issues in the bathroom. Even with the vent fan running the bathroom fogged up completely, during showers. In addition, the light fixtures and shower curtain brackets are all corroding, and dropping flakes of coating on the floor. Room walls seem to be made of paper. We could hear every sound nearby. My wife and I both exercise on the treadmill every morning. So we always call to make sure they have functional treadmills in their fitness center before we book. We called this facility and their response was, they have three treadmills and they are functional. Upon arrival we find there was only one treadmill and while the belt spins, the incline feature will not function. In addition the fitness center doesn’t appear to be cleaned very often. The day we arrived, there was a dirty towel on the cycling machine and it was also there the day we departed, a few days later. Not a big deal but the treadmill screens have no signal available. Location was convenient for our purpose, but it is more of an industrial area. Service at check-in was good. Doubtful that we would stay here again.

  Great service. Showed up last last night because of the rain so wanted to stay overnight in Austin. Vee was at the front desk and had amazing energy and great customer service. Please give her a raise. Check-in was smooth and the room was HUGE. It had a kitchen with an electric stove, a full size fridge and a huge working desk area. The AC was also ice cold, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable. Checked out around 12pm on 4/19/26 and was met with another great staff member thought I forgot to get her name. Keep up the great customer service, it's highly appreciated!

  Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Roadside motels would have been luxury in comparison. Window in room on second floor was broken and didn't close, while 50mph winds were constant outside. The noise was unbearable. Doors didn't latch closed so all night it sounded like someone trying to get into our room. Traveling w 2 small kids and so we got no sleep thinking it was being broken into all night. Floor by ac was soaking wet but not powered on. Mold visible on wall from window to bed, floor to top of window. When I asked front desk if we could check out at 1 instead of noon since lack of sleep was impacting our ability to get going, they not only refused but stood at our door to make sure we left at 12. Their reasoning was they had construction workers they had to make room for. I offered to pay for another day just to get one extra hour and was dismissed. Not until we got to front desk did they say "oh well we wouldnt have minded if it was 12:30". After making us leave. If management wants to dispute any of this, I recorded all conversations on my phone so I welcome it. I didn't take photos because I didn't set out to complain about room quality. Avoid this place.
