  I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The level of professionalism displayed by both staff and management fell well below expectations. During my visit, I observed front desk employees openly discussing clients with other staff, which raised concerns about guest privacy and overall professionalism. This created an uncomfortable environment and did not reflect the standards I would expect. I attempted to address these concerns with the manager, Brian; however, the interaction was not productive. The situation was handled dismissively, and rather than seeking to understand or verify the concerns, blaming booking issue to IHG Hotels & Resorts. The tone of the conversation came across as defensive rather than solution-oriented. Overall, the experience lacked accountability and customer care. I hope improvements are made to ensure a more professional and respectful experience for future guests.

  Molly Grace was incredibly helpful with me and my group, even through some difficulties that arose. We really appreciated her efforts and dedication to us.

  This place is impressive. As soon as we arrived you can smell the cleanness. Mind you we got here at 4 pm. Swimming pool is small but nice and clean area safe and gated. The view is great so many green trees. We have been in a lot of hotels due to our job, and the dove products are a 1st for me. The personal coffee station is awesome. Who ever runs this hotel knows how to invest in keeping customers happy. Making their stay comfortable, which is the most important thing! We thankyou all bc it takes alot of work and effort to do this.

  The breakfast was terrible. Late to open, food was poorly prepared and most of the time not replenished and out of food. The juice and water machine was broken too. The refrigerator kept items like dairy barely chilled. This property needs some attention from executive management.

  Overall, a good hotel that I've stayed at before for work trips. I'll stay here again. However, I had one rough experience last time I stayed. A few days after we had icy weather here in Texas, a coworker and I rolled in at 10pm-ish, had to wait a long time at the front desk for someone to show up. Like, over 15 minutes, and when I called the hotel no one picked up and we heard the phone ring from behind the desk. When someone finally arrived, they said they were busy changing the thermostats on the 3rd floor. Well, I was given a room on the 3rd floor, and the thermostat wasn't changed. It was on cooling still. So I changed it to heat at 75 and it took forever to get the room to a decent temperature. I forget what it was initially but in my picture I had it at 52F. I was feeling pretty miserable about it because I was tired after a long day of travel and just wanted to sleep. I even took a hot shower hoping it would warm the room up faster but it didn't really help. It took a few hours, I slept after about two hours when it was low/mid 60s (I prefer a cozy 72 though). Besides that, the stay was like other stays I've had before -- clean, quiet, convenient. I'll stay here again, but that was a really irritating experience. My coworker was on a separate floor and had no problem, I would have switched rooms but I didn't expect it to take hours for the room to heat up.
