- DMDelaney MurphyMay 6, 20265.0I was in town for my sister’s graduation, and talk about a “WOW” factor. This hotel really embraced Texas A&M’s friendly tradition and excelled in hospitality. The staff went above and beyond: was super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained all the amenities of which there were many. They had a nice pool and gazebo, a place to borrow stuff, a business office, and free coffee. The rooms had a full kitchenette and were super spacious! I would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is not how you treat recurring customers! Very disappointed in IHG! Do not book here, they will fight you and not take any blame. Shame on yall!

The tub for the shower in our room had a hole in it about 8 inches long and a quarter inch wide. It was repaired with clear flex/gorilla tape. There was mold growing in several places. The place was also extremely overpriced due to all the things going on in College Station last weekend.
- ELEmmy LancasterMar 3, 20261.0Terrible room and terrible service. When I checked in the air conditioning and TV did not work in my room. When they said they had no other rooms I asked that they either fix the issue or comp the room. The staff contacted the manager and instead of fixing anything they treated me like a criminal and evicted me. There were no other available rooms in close hotels so they left me rather stranded. Totally unacceptable and actually hostile service. This had been my go-to hotel in College Station and I had stayed there many times over recent years - but now this hotel and IHG group have lost me. Don't risk staying here!
