- JDJohn DuffyAug 1, 20261.0Everything was sticky and stained. Dirty bed sheets, bath towels had holes in them, and the room was humid. The gals at the front desk were quite nice so I can't blame them. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. Ended up at the Best Western behind Walk-Ons and Gringos further south (remarkably better hotel). Also had vagrants hanging around and a cop car by the entrance for whatever reason. Don't stay here please.

The moment we opened the door to our room, we were hit with a strong musty, mildew like smell so bad that it was hard to breathe comfortably. It genuinely smelled like mold. We had a reservation for two nights, but the odor was so overwhelming that we checked out after the first night. Unfortunately, the front desk offered nothing more than a simple “sorry.” No discount, no partial refund, and no attempt to make the situation right, even though we left early due to the condition of the room. We were still charged for both nights. On top of that, the TV didn’t work at all, and there were dead ants or termites in the window sill, which only added to the feeling that the room wasn’t being properly maintained. Overall, this was not the clean, comfortable stay we expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because guests deserve better.
