**Unresolved shower problem, uncomfortable mattress, and no internet** We have been staying at the Best Western Premier in Bryan, Texas, since Tuesday, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. On our first day, we discovered that barely any water came out of the shower. We reported the problem to the front desk on Wednesday morning, but nothing was fixed. On Thursday, we reported it again. The receptionist said she would submit another maintenance request and speak with the general manager. We also requested a different room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. When we returned to the hotel Thursday evening, the shower still had not been repaired. After repeated reports, we still cannot take a proper shower. To make matters worse, the hotel lost internet service that evening, adding further inconvenience to an already frustrating stay. The mattress is also sagging and misshapen, leaving me with back pain. With several events happening in town and room rates this high, we expected much better. A functioning shower, a comfortable bed, and reliable internet are basic expectations. The failure to resolve a repeatedly reported maintenance issue, along with the lack of an apparent backup solution for the internet outage, is unacceptable. We are very disappointed with both the condition of the room and the response to our concerns.

I just want to say my stay at this location was comfortable & relaxing. If I needed anything they would kindly help me. They were very professional at the same time very sweet. From the minute I walked in, Until I completely checked out.The prices were reasonable and the rooms had a nice home feel. I would definitely recommend this Best Western and I will return for future stays. Thank you to the entire staff, BKeil

We just needed a room that would welcome our dog. We got more than we ordered. The location was sensational for out of towners - right on the main road going straight to the venue for a family wedding. The building was exceptional, as was the lobby area and our room. It is either new or extremely well maintained. Very modern and designed for easily expediting check ins and outs, but also has a lovely guest waiting area. The room was immaculate, nicely decorated, roomy, and provided essentials. It was overstocked with towels, too, perhaps because of the pet. Not needed, but appreciated. The bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast provided was healthy, varied, and hearty, with the best coffee I've ever enjoyed. Wish we had stayed long enough for a refill. The personnel were more than professional. They were warm and friendly. Plus, they were extra nice to our dog. If we ever return, we will be at BWP.

The room was clean and it smelled good when we walked in. We had a few drinks at the bar and the bartender was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

We like this hotel because it is always nice and super clean. It has a bar and a great breakfast. Terry helped us at check-in and she got our stay there off to a great start. It’s closer to TAMU things than people realize so it’s super convenient when we have things there.
