  The room we got for 4 days was 600$, the carpet is peeling in so many places to the room and looks like it hasn’t been washed in 15 years. Apart from that, the room itself doesn’t have a microwave and the furniture is mix matched and looks outdated but the absolute worst part is how there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO HOT WATER for the shower. The front desk said it’s preset but it hardly gets to the red in the faucet handle so expect to freeze and make a short shower. The water has to be 68 degrees. The bathroom/ bedroomwere super dusty when we got here, the floor is completely sticky.

  Easy to get to and park. Staff was helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the coffee maker and options in the lobby along with Keurig in the room. The room was clean but thin walls. Could hear traffic outside and neighbors. Ask for room on backside. The hallway carport is worn but clean. Will I go back..absolutely.

  Only one problem that the staff worked so hard to help remedy (a bit of a smell in the room - almost like a cat had sprayed something in it). But they removed and sprayed our room with a freshener. More details: If you’re ever in Brownwood, the hotel staff here go above and beyond to make your stay the best. From the way they greet you to the way they jump into action when there’s a problem. They have a ton of people working here, and they work hard. In addition, they have a fancy coffee maker (regular, mochas, French vanilla latte, expresso) and a filtered water system plus water with lime and orange slices available complimentary all day. Their rooms are quite spacious. Plenty of room on both sides of the bed plus a nice sitting area with chair and ottoman and a wet bar in the room with refrig and microwave. Their breakfast had a great variety including a yogurt machine that you could make a parfait with. And they don’t rush you out of breakfast, in fact they’ve stayed open an extra hour plus. They have a huge pool that you can even swim laps and a The attitude of the workers is they are so happy to be of service - like Chick-Fil-A workers -it is my pleasure. You don’t get that kind of service at most establishments today. Whoever manages this hotel would be a great person for other businesses to reflect.

  Been here about 6 times. It's a perfect location but must be understaffed. I'm a diamond elite BW member and know what hotels have good staff and which ones don't. The room had dirty counter, still is after my 4th night here Two light out in my room. No exhaust fan in bathroom so everything gets WET. When you shower. Never replaced the Kleenex all week, towels have holes in them and room never vacuumed all week. Breakfast we good all week, hotel is quiet and bed is comfy. I slept great but they need to tighten up on cleaning.

  Long drive but needed to rest. It was very late. Only staff person there that late, was unfamiliar with check-in process. But he went out of his way to assure we had a room for the night and took care of processing payment in the morning. We were very appreciative for his efforts. Hotel was very clean, rooms very nice, clean, great beds.
