- EEElguapo4175Aug 11, 20264.0Hotel elevator is very dark you can hardly see . The rooms are very outdated the old bath tub has pieces of something missing ,the sinks stopper doesn't work ,the toilet is loose and rocks side to side ! Next time we will stay at another hotel when we travel this way.
- TGTX GalAug 10, 20265.0We stayed here for a week. It was a last minute trip. All the folks here provided excellent customer service. There is a little bar that offers food which was awesome. The hotel is right off the expressway on the north side of town and very close to many eateries and the mall. It was a pleasant hotel and very clean. Some nights the parking lot was full but we were able to find a spot. Highly recommend for the location and for the superb customer experience.

I called to make a reservation for Saturday only and I told them I was with a football league never said the name of which one they put it under a different name and they canceled my reservation today while I was already in Brownsville no call or anything and then when I got an email I CALLED and they gave me so many excuses like trying to blame me no it was the staff there so here I am looking for another hotel so unprofessional...
- MMMissyAug 1, 20265.0We loved our quiet stay! The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was great nice to have a variety and hot food. So quick and the pool was re refreshing. We also en enjoyed feeding the ducks! Housekeeping was very accommodating and I was even given extra pillows and a blanket. We will definitely be back!
