  I had a wonderful stay! From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and made for a great overnight stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! The pool was a bonus!

  both man and woman at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind. rooms are actually quite nice considering the price and allowing to bring my furry friend along, super worth it and affordable. not the mention the pool, gym, free breakfast and a bunch of spots around for other fast food. it’s actually quite nice here

  Legitimately one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Although I dislike leaving negative reviews I feel compelled to do so based on the issues I encountered. The exterior door locks to the hotel are either side are broken which means anyone can just walk in without being seen. The locks for the individual room doors are also not installed correctly and flimsy enough that, if challenged, would not provide any sort of security. For someone who travels and works alone this was a huge safety risk. Additional issues included dirty sheets, heavily stained towels with a residue build up, and nastiness all around the tub. The toilet has a slow leak so it ran for about 10 minutes after every flush. The TV and remote didn't work, and the internet capabilities were laughable. However the most irritating situation I encoutnered occured when I went to check out a day early. The front desk attendant refused to give me a receipt or acknowledge early check out. I gave her my contact information and room number but had to leave to catch a flight. The next day I had to call four times to get someone to answer the phone. When my call was picked up, I was told by a different staff member that there was no record I had checked out early and was indeed charged for the night I had checked in. I'll be following up on this, but overall I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible. There needs to be a drastic overhaul of their entire system before I ever consider staying here (or any other IHG) again.

  My nephew is manager so I'm somewhat biased, but nice is nice. They have really made the motel a nice place to visit.
