  The hotel was really clean . Even though I have a dog she does not travel with me, I’m glad this hotel is pet free and smoke free . No bad smells . The room was so clean only found two small pieces of hair in the shower . In 2026 that’s pretty superb. The breakfast wasn’t that exciting for me personally I’m a foodie and prefer to go out to eat, but the bacon was really good !

  We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel.. The front desk staff are so wonderful, we had interactions with Joshua, Val and John and each one of these wonderful people were so very kind and engaging. We felt so welcome and appreciated by each one of them. Our room was also perfection, every detail was complete and we were more than satisfied with the comfort it provided. The breakfast was also fantastic! The MOST compelling item were the HOT cinnamon rolls!! Those things should be illegal, they were SO SO GOOD!! The only thing that was a challenge for us was the arrival via the roads, the hotel is tucked back behind other hotels and not easily visible from the road and the turn off is down a fairly steep little hill.. access and egress onto the main road was a little challenging because of the speed at which the drivers come down Highway 290, but this is by no means the fault of the hotel.. just the only thing that was a challenge. All in all it was a great stay and i would highly recommend this hotel in most part because of the amazing Front Desk Staff! Give those folks a raise and praise!! They certainly deserve it!!!!

  Drove 10+ hours to attend a wedding. We were a small family of 5 with two rooms and we asked if it was possible to have our rooms close together. The 3-11 male front desk attendant was incredibly rude and condescending when he told us it “wasn’t gonna happen”. The room had a “stale” smell to it which did eventually improve once the air conditioning was turned on. The room was clean and comfortable but the toilet had no water pressure and had to be repeatedly flushed to clear it. Each interaction with the exception of one with the 3-11 male desk attendant was unpleasant. He had a generally negative attitude and tone of voice whenever he was asked about anything from pool hours to laundry services or receiving an extra blanket. The other staff members were very kind. Unlikely we’ll be back in this area anytime soon but if we are, we would likely book elsewhere.

  The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very nice. Housekeeping is great. Breakfast has so much to offer. It is very great. Just a nice clean, newer, looking hotel and the staff is super polite.
