  Stayed for a work trip, good rooms and breakfast and decent price for it all. Stand out was the service, when I left my laptop in my room after I checked out they contacted me and shipped it after I left town. Can't ask for more than that

  Arrive at hotel at 6pm and find no lights in the bathroom are working and the ONLY sink in the room is not draining. We had to use all our might to open the door. When front desk staff (Sylvia) was called and she stated we could move rooms at midnight or maintenance could come some time tomorrow but she was unsure as to what time that was. When asked to go confirm that everything worked in the other room prior to moving she refused to do so. Holly was GREAT my entire stay. She was so helpful, friendly, and attentive to needs. The maintenance staff did come Day 2 and fix lights and sink. We were in town for bereavement and my dad had reserved 6 rooms for family. So the night of the wake/viewing instead of reaching out to family regarding the two extra unused rooms, the owner told staff to charge my dad's credit card for two rooms we did not use because my dad never called to cancel. The experience at this hotel was HORRIBLE for each family member that stayed at this hotel (5 family members). All of our rooms had issues. I would NEVER stay here again and if you knew what was best, you probably would not want to stay here either.

  This was one of the worst Best Western hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel is full of construction workers who make noise until late hours. The rooms are overpriced. Then there is the $75.00 separate fee charged because someone damaged a room. The note on the desk states it's returned at check out, this is a lie. The money is not returned until late in the day after housekeeping checks the room and a manger approves the refund. The manager is not always on shift and may have to wait longer. The hotel is locked until 6 AM, there is no way to check out and get a receipt before then. There is no fresh coffee until 6 AM. They do not have any alternatives to "coffee mate" or powdered creamer (mostly oil and can be a fire hazard). Dont lie to patrons! It's not OK.

  Really good experience. Check in was a breeze with the helpful clerk there, Knew the area to suggest eating places and then the room was great. Clean and prepared. Breakfast was good and overall location great for the town.
