  Was in town for an event on Aug 22 and had a great stay..Room was super clean,perfect location,And extremely nice customer service..Ill never forget my great time in Beeville Tx and I really enjoyed coming back to a nice,clean and cool room..(it was hot summer night)I definitely recommend..Thanks Holiday Inn staff for making me feel welcomed..

  This place rips off their guests with an "incidentals" fee of $100.00. They charged me that 100 bucks and we didn't break anything, nor use any extra towels or nothing!!! They just flat out STOLE my $100.00. I have tried contacting them, with no luck. We will NOT be staying at any holiday inns in the future.

  Im a truck driver and I was kindof forced to pull over and stay the night(longstory short). When i arrived in the building i was greeted by these two very sweet and warm hearted individuals Tracy and Natalie. These women made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. They offered me cold beverages and also directed me to a nice spot to eat. Sometimes just a warm smile and great hospitality can brighten up your day. Thanks u guys

  The absolute friendliest staff I have ever encountered and the Ashley in house keeping made me feel so at home!! Best place in the area

  We got there late at night only to find out that they had double booked many customers with needs. We booked over a week beforehand and they didn't offer us any kind of discount in their hotel in the next town. They were basically saying your crap out of luck. Here's a refund. You had to drive another 30 minutes to the next town to book a room at the same hotel owned by the same company. They didn't even offer us us a discount for our room. We had been driving for 2 hours. There was other customers one with a handicap that had to go to a funeral the next day and couldn't even use the tub because they didn't have a handicap room. Then there was another mom with a small baby that was traveling late at night. They never tried to help her get another roomor discount. The lack of empathy was disgusting. We need people to work there that know how to do their jobs properly.
