The hotel is a dump and I've been a customer for years. It was better before they started working on it and they really don't care that the work they do can ruin a customers stay. The elevator has only one working light, openings in the ceiling to the cables overhead, smelled of hot hydraulic oil and had the door threshold taped down. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room and they put me next to a room being renovated. I was woken up to loud banging and work being done. I called down to the front desk for help and they put me on hold before just hanging up on me after 5-6 minutes. I went out and told the worker to knock it off myself. The carpet repairs are full of trip hazards and the soap dish in my tub looked like it was ripped off. The room was damp and musty and the AC was not able to fix that. The only positives are the location (for me) and the kitchen staff who act like they really care about service. There are 3 hotels adjacent to this one, all priced the same that I will be using in the future.

This place rips off their guests with an "incidentals" fee of $100.00. They charged me that 100 bucks and we didn't break anything, nor use any extra towels or nothing!!! They just flat out STOLE my $100.00. I have tried contacting them, with no luck. We will NOT be staying at any holiday inns in the future.

Im a truck driver and I was kindof forced to pull over and stay the night(longstory short). When i arrived in the building i was greeted by these two very sweet and warm hearted individuals Tracy and Natalie. These women made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. They offered me cold beverages and also directed me to a nice spot to eat. Sometimes just a warm smile and great hospitality can brighten up your day. Thanks u guys
