  The absolute friendliest staff I have ever encountered and the Ashley in house keeping made me feel so at home!! Best place in the area

  We got there late at night only to find out that they had double booked many customers with needs. We booked over a week beforehand and they didn't offer us any kind of discount in their hotel in the next town. They were basically saying your crap out of luck. Here's a refund. You had to drive another 30 minutes to the next town to book a room at the same hotel owned by the same company. They didn't even offer us us a discount for our room. We had been driving for 2 hours. There was other customers one with a handicap that had to go to a funeral the next day and couldn't even use the tub because they didn't have a handicap room. Then there was another mom with a small baby that was traveling late at night. They never tried to help her get another roomor discount. The lack of empathy was disgusting. We need people to work there that know how to do their jobs properly.

  Update: this motel has still not returned my $100 deposit that was paid in cash. They will steal your money!!! There is a much nicer comfort inn just down the street at almost half the price and they won't steal your money UPDATE: Not only did they steal my $100 cash deposit, when I filed a police report they showed the officers receipts from a completely different stay!!! The ac leaks and soaks the floor. They charged me a $100 deposit that I paid in cash and when I checked out the manager denied that I had ever given them a cash deposit and swore that I had put it on a card. When I stood firm that it was in cash he then said that it had been applied to my stay, when I asked for them to show me on my receipt where the $100 were applied and they could not. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also not only did they steal my $100 deposit they also refused to give me my points for the entire month I stayed there because I was at a business rate foreign extended stay and when we got the business rate for the extended stay I specifically asked will I still be getting my points and I was told YES. THIS HOLIDAY INN IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF THIEVES. I GUARANTEE YOU NEITHER ME NOR MY FAMILY NOR ANY OF MY BUSINESS PARTNERS WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS OR ANY MOTELS ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. And to their response. I had my printed out receipt in my hand while checking out and they refused to show me where my deposit had been applied to the room. Even with my receipt showing they were lying they still cling to the lie that they had credited my deposit to the room and after speaking with customer service I was told that they cannot use your deposit as credit on a room. This motel is absolute garbage.

  I needed more towels but they would not give me any. I booked the room for four people, but I only had three towels. I told the staff, and they said they didn't have any to give. I then asked for them to give me one towel from one of the unbooked rooms, they told me they couldn't do that. Then I asked for change for my dollars so I could use the hotel laundry to wash my towels myself so I could get by. He told me he had now quarters to give me change. He then started some long excuse about how his manager thinks someone stole all their extra towels. Another issue is all the patio furniture by the pool is broken, the pool was dirty, trashcan was overflowing, and there was a swarm of mosquitoes at the pool. The elevator indicator lights didn't work, the flooring in it was broken. The ice machine from my floor was completely removed. Lastly the pictures on Google of the pool do not match reality.
