  Canceled my reservation and told me to book again. Was told to call who ever I booked with and wanted to label me as a no show so they would only want to refund 2 nights instead on refunding me my total of 3 nights

  Possible Scam in my personal opinion. I regret not having given more credence to the reviews. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my stay. I had made a reservation, and the website indicated that five rooms were still available. I contacted the front desk to inform them of my late check-in, as my night shift schedule precluded a standard check-in time. After numerous attempts, I finally reached the front desk, only to be informed that I would need to cancel my reservation as no further reservations were being accepted. This was perplexing, as my reservation had already been confirmed. I was told that nothing could be done to assist me and that I would have to initiate the cancellation myself. I attempted to cancel, but due to the same-day booking, I was unable to do so. Following my night shift, I arrived at the motel in the morning to explore any potential resolutions, but to no avail. I was subsequently placed on the no-show list, resulting in a full charge and no accommodation. I explained that I had made multiple attempts to contact the front desk regarding my late arrival, and I was informed that they had been experiencing issues with their phone service. It appears I am also being held responsible for the unsatisfactory phone service. I contacted both the hotel services and Expedia to ascertain if any adjustments could be made to the full charge. I would have even accepted a one-night charge, which was initially presented as an option by the front desk concierge, but after discussions with both parties, this now seems unlikely. I must, however, commend Expedia, as this is the sole motel with which I have encountered issues when booking through their platform. I wish I could provide a more favorable review. However, following this experience, I do not anticipate ever considering a stay at the "Surestay" Plus by Best Western Beaumont.

  GARBAGE!! Upon arrival we were not greeted but instead informed that our “reservation” had been given away because the hotel is “first come first serve”. If this in fact the case, PLEASE remove the hotel from Hotels.com. We as customers expect our reservations to be honored but most for our time and money NOT to be wasted

  I recently stayed here for a quick overnight trip. If you are looking for a straightforward, budget-friendly place to get some rest without breaking the bank, this works well. The cost is definitely budget friendly and you are getting what you are paying for. Inside, while the lobby matches the photos on their website and appears recently remodeled, the guest rooms are a bit different. While the room itself was clean, the furniture does not quite match the updated look shown in the online pictures. Regarding the 'non-smoking' room status: because the rooms have exterior entrances, you can occasionally catch a lingering scent of smoke from outside. This wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but it is something to be aware of. I did have to remove the sheets due to some pet hair left behind, but otherwise, the room was clean. Overall, it’s a functional and reliable stop for the price if you just need a place to sleep.
