  We wish to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience we enjoyed during our recent stay. The hotel's exquisite design and sophisticated ambiance were truly captivating. The front desk team consistently provided outstanding service, demonstrating remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely welcoming demeanor throughout our interactions. A particular highlight of our visit was the breakfast buffet. We were thoroughly impressed by the extensive and high-quality selection of culinary offerings. Furthermore, we would like to extend our special commendation to Yazmine, our server, whose exceptional attentiveness and courteous service significantly enhanced our dining experience.

  The service here was very nice. If you had any questions they would help you right away. The breakfast was very nice and yummy😋 I would 100% recommend this place for families and solos. The hotel is very large and clean. The pool area is very nice although they don't open until 9:00am😖but besides that, this is by far the best hotel I've been too. Shoutout to yezmin! She was so kind to me and my family, and she assisted me whenever I needed! 😚

  Ally and Maggi are exceptional at making you feel comfortable. They have amazing personalities and go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, whether it’s food or a drink. We have gone out of our way to come back and visit this hotel because of them. Please recognize the quality and professionalism they exemplify while making you feel at home. Only problem I have encountered is no foot bar at the bar, it is not conducive to a comfortable sitting position.

  Maggi, and Ally are always very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. They have amazing personalities and have kept us coming back to this location. Only observation there is no foot bar at the bar which makes for uncomfortable sitting and their uniform could be a little more fitting for their personality. The shirts are a bit frumpy and even a nice black fitted shirt would be better with logo. Always very clean hotel and overall an enjoyable atmosphere.

  If you care at all about getting any decent rest at all I would suggest staying somewhere else. There is a small bar in the main lobby that stays open until 11pm with loud intoxicated people which echoes through the entire building. When I first checked in there was a sign declaring quiet time in the hotel was 9pm. After I called the front desk about the noise telling them I had to be up for work at 3am they promptly removed the “quiet time” sign, rather than respect the rights of the much larger number of customers, to a restful night prior to getting up to go to work. In my opinion this is where you come if you like staying up all night drinking, not if you actually have to get up and function the next day. Interesting choice the management made I think. I’m pretty sure Corporate Lodging will find it interesting also.
