  Im a Hilton Honors member, and had to come here because Hiton across the Highway didn't have their stuff together. This hotel is in the process of some renovations however it served it's purpose for an emergency stay. One thing about this Hotel is if you miss the paying breakfast time which is before 9a, You have to find breakfast yourself somewhere else. Lol. They did give me a cup of Coffe in the Restaurant tho.

  This hotel is geared more towards company bookings than for individual or family travel. Price is higher than others and did not include breakfast ($14 pp extra). No complimentary hot coffee or hot water in the lobby. No towels by pool. We were told indoor pool was good. It was freezing! This hotel is used a lot by military personnel. They congregated in the hot tub, so we couldn't use it to warm up. There were also groups of drunk young military men going out and creating scenes outside the hotel.

  Mrs. Kressman and her staff are very accommodating. We had a big group of personnel come through with date changes that needed to be flexible. Her and the staff worked well with our many… many changes. Thank you all so much for the help! Customer Service, room, and location is great!

  Darrin and Michelle were amazing host.The restaurant was clean. The bacon was a little hard,and there were no grits but overall breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was very comfortable and in awesome location.

  We stayed over Labor Day weekend, and I was sad to see how badly this place has gone down. We used to think this was the nicest place in town as a kid. The rooms are average, the bathrooms are horribly in need of remodeling. Only one elevator was working the entire time we were there, and the fountains (which are very loud) had no sense of rhyme or reason as to when they were on or off. The hot tub was too hot to get in, and you couldn’t change it. The worst part was when checking out, they had charged us twice ($495), and I asked for a receipt. The guy, whom I could barely understand, kept telling me he couldn’t print receipts. So I had to leave and call corporate for help. I would choose la Quinta next door next time.
