  Great service checking me in. Hotel lobby was very well done with an amazing waterfall and bar.

  I’m only leaving a review bc the waitress asked me to. I have stayed here many times (not by choice, but for work) and have not enjoyed any of my stays. Multiple times I have had water leak issues from the ceiling. Just to be switched rooms, to have the same issue and switched again. There is something wrong with the AC causing the water leaks from the ceiling. Breakfast always tastes old and like it has been sitting out for a week. Today the waitress noticed I didn’t eat much of my plate and asked for feedback on why. I told her it just taste old/stale. She went to the back and I heard another waitresses that followed her back, and maybe the cook (a male, and the waitress made reference earlier to the cook being a man) loudly “what did she say??! What?!! I like it?! Huh??!” Each stay I have brought my issues up to the staff and my company for feedback. Staff is always apologetic. However it’s been at least, 2 years that our company has booked us here and it’s the same issues today as they have been from day 1.

  Girl at front desk was very rude. I interrupted her personal phone call while checking in and she was angry. No room service even though hotel is empty. Handicapped so can't walk to restraunt but they won't deliver to my room. Not impressed at all.

  We’ve stayed here before for a multi day conference but this time was different. The rooms were nice but the hotel itself just needs to be updated from the inside out. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, the duvets were torn up, unfortunately in all three rooms we had there were roaches coming from the pipes in the bathroom and on the last day, in my children’s room we believe someone was smoking next to them because it was STRONG! Water pressure was great, water was hot so great shower. This hotel is not setup to accommodate large groups for eating, they constantly ran out of food and the food was just not good. In the ballroom it was either super cold or super hot they could never get the temp comfortable. Only one ballroom screen worked which was the opposite of the how the room was setup. They really need new management with experience in accommodation for large groups. One of the workers told us the problem is they are only use to being a hotel for business people that are only there for one night being right off the highway. So for an overnight night stay I recommend but anything over that I don’t recommend.
