  Excellent in all areas. Mrs. Georgia is awesome. She made us feel so welcome during breakfast. I loved the variety. The ladies at the front desk was awesome and friendly. I did not get all of their names but Ms. Kim is awesome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. In addition, I received a text each day to check to determine if we had any issues. This was an excellent way of staying connected with me. Much appreciated! I loved the free cucumber water, popcorn and daily snacks. The hotel decor is very nice too.

  Really disorganized and mismanaged. I, along with 3 other coworkers booked our reservations at the same time and all were accepted. Once we arrived, none of the rooms we're ready for us, so night shift waited in the lobby for 4 hours while their rooms were cleaned while day shift just left to go to work early. This then happened again the next day, with night shift being unable to check in to their rooms due to the hotel being unable to communicate with anyone involved. When night shift got off work, they had to wait over half an hour for a staff member smart enough to work a computer just to tell them they didn't have their rooms ready for them and they'd have to go somewhere else.

  First off service was great. Nice and made you feel welcome. We got to our room and there were used water bottles in the bathroom. We get to the pool which was much needed to let our grandchildren have fun but the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t even work. The towels they had for us outside were soaked. Get back to our room where I was ready to relax for a hot bath and I had to rinse the tub 5 times before I could even get in nasty stuff kept coming from the drain hole in my water and hairs you don’t want to see. Then sleeping the air made a loud whistling noice all night ,so not a good night sleep at all. So in my opinion I would not recommend this place to stay.the picture was after 4 times of rinsing out.
