  Did not start off very well, we arrived at the hotel in the evening, we stood at the check-in counter for about 5 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledged us. We started walking around yelling for someone and then my wife found her in the breakfast area. She came over to check us in, no smile no apologies and definitely no sense of urgency. We felt as if we were inconveniencing her. Came down for breakfast the next morning and couldn’t figure out how to use the pancake maker, asked the lady working there, she she was very rude. Different lady but the same attitude. Not a good experience at all

  Dirty bathroom-urine stains on the toilet, iron didn’t work, no trash can, requested housekeeping services and it was not granted.

  Extremely disappointing 16-day stay. I stayed at this hotel for 16 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far below what I would expect from a hotel. For 14 of the 16 days, I slept on the same bedding without it being changed. I was later told by Kim, the assistant manager, that guests are required to specifically request fresh linens and that this should be made clear at check-in. In my opinion, that is not an acceptable standard for a 16-day stay. I should not have to know to request basic hygiene items, especially when staying for more than two weeks. My room also went two full days without being serviced, and when I brought the issue to Kim, her response felt very dismissive rather than concerned or apologetic. The television worked for only 2 out of my 16 days. I was eventually offered a room change on the 15th day of my stay. At that point, the offer came far too late to meaningfully resolve the majority of the problems I had experienced. I do want to give credit where it is deserved. Christie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was kind, helpful, and professional, and she was one of the few bright spots during an otherwise frustrating stay. The woman who handles breakfast during the week was also wonderful. She was consistently friendly and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, great employees cannot make up for poor housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, and dismissive management. For a 16-day stay, I expected a clean room, clean bedding, functioning basic amenities, and reasonable customer service. Those are not unreasonable expectations—they are the basics. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues, particularly housekeeping procedures, communication about linen changes, and how guest complaints are handled. I changed my review from 5 star to 1 because of all the nonsense.

  After waiting 3 hours past check in I was finally given a room and this is how the room was. Second room was the ball of hair on the floor.WORST stay EVER. Housekeeping is trash

  Horrible stay! Find somewhere else to stay the night! We chose this hotel on HOTELS.com for a one night stay as a pass through to our final destination. The reviews were better than others so we figured we would give the place a shot. Bad idea. 1st room was completely unmade. Sheets and towels on the floor, clearly wasn't cleaned. 2nd room had a horrible odor and the AC didn't work. This is Texas and it's hot here. 3rd room had dirty sheets and bugs crawling in the bath room. We asked the front desk for clean sheet that we put on our selves. When asked for some kind of compensation we were ignored. Never staying there ever again. Best to find another place.
