  Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of lining in towels. Unfortunately, the smell in the hallways is something to be reckoned with. The service at the bar in kitchen area is amazing. Very welcoming people.Reese, the manager is more than accommodating

  I am a travel advisor and work for an international company. At this particular location for Holiday Inn on 11th Street their security is exemplary. I spoke to a security guard regarding my Mercedes travel van her name was Julie if I remember correctly and I asked her to keep a special eye on my house call my because that's basically what I travel in as an RV on a short stack. She monitors the entire parking lot every 45 minutes to 35 minutes I can't remember but I set up in my room and watched as I was writing reviews from my trip in Louisiana. One thing I noticed was that Holiday Inn on 11th Street in security but no one in Louisiana did. My entire life is in my Mercedes van and I am a 100% on the road business as this is how I make my living and try to help those that are in the same boat as I and that chooses to travel. Rest assured your car will be safe at the Holiday Inn on 11th Street as will you because if there is something going on the security guard is on it immediately. I had a great peaceful stay and considering how Beaumont Texas is that says a lot because it's quite boring in Beaumont Texas

  Not the best location, room are nice, maintenance and staff are execllent. Bonus now they have a fence by the gas station to go along with the night time security

  The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was not up to par. The floor I stayed in smelled like bleach, and was offensive. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the shower was destroyed. Held up with electrical tape. Would not stay here again.

  I came here for a business trip and arrived very late at night, Gabrielle at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and immediately made me feel right at home with a warm welcome and made check in a breeze! Jylian with security is amazing and made sure I made it in safely, as I mentioned I arrived very late at night. Truly outstanding service from these ladies! Very convenient location and great room, very clean and spacious.
