- NNNathan2 days ago1.0No hot water for a week. Got locked out of room multiple times. Paid breakfast unless you are lucky. Shady part of town. Overall miserable.

Also I saw multiple reviews one from 8 years ago mentioning the same issue. Pretty unacceptable. Would never stay here again.

- AMA MenJul 16, 20265.0I am a travel advisor and work for an international company. At this particular location for Holiday Inn on 11th Street their security is exemplary. I spoke to a security guard regarding my Mercedes travel van her name was Julie if I remember correctly and I asked her to keep a special eye on my house call my because that's basically what I travel in as an RV on a short stack. She monitors the entire parking lot every 45 minutes to 35 minutes I can't remember but I set up in my room and watched as I was writing reviews from my trip in Louisiana. One thing I noticed was that Holiday Inn on 11th Street in security but no one in Louisiana did. My entire life is in my Mercedes van and I am a 100% on the road business as this is how I make my living and try to help those that are in the same boat as I and that chooses to travel. Rest assured your car will be safe at the Holiday Inn on 11th Street as will you because if there is something going on the security guard is on it immediately. I had a great peaceful stay and considering how Beaumont Texas is that says a lot because it's quite boring in Beaumont Texas
